We absolutely loved our stay. Maria was so welcoming and the accommodation was just perfect. We were excited to meet the dogs and they were both adorable and so friendly. The views from the apartment were just fabulous and the breakfast each morning on the terrace was such a wonderful way to start the day. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed. From here we were able to visit Naples, Pompeii and we travelled to Sorrento. This was the perfect base to return to. Thank you Maria, we had such a lovely time.

We're getting ready to leave the house, reluctantly. Yes, because we only stayed 4 days and if we could we would have been longer. What to say about our stay: Mr.Giuseppe was a very helpful person from the first contact. The house is really nice. Spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything that can be useful during the stay. The area is spectacular: a 10-minute walk from the waterfront but very quiet. The location makes the house well ventilated, especially at night. The garden is a gem and we spent our evenings in joy. It was really a pleasure being Mr. Giuseppe's guests, who, once again, I would like to thank publicly. We have 5 adults and an infant. Great value for the money. Thanks again Giuseppe from the whole family.

There has been a lot of writing about difficulties with parking, zones, etc and we didn't find it that complicated. Download the EasyPark app and you can pay your parking through the app (can be paid per day and paid fee then applies throughout Gaeta, even if you change parking space). If you stay a week you can buy a parking permit which allows you to park cheaper, but that parking permit is nothing must - you can pay parking through the EasyPark app. If you do not buy a ZTL permit that allows you to park in the old town Friday and Saturday night, we could easily find parking at the wharf. Walking from the harbor where all the restaurants are located, there are quite a few stairs up to the apartment. You may need to book a table in advance to the restaurants you want to visit. There is no AC, but the apartment is in shade so the indoor temperature is pleasant. We also had a fan in the bedroom. The apartment's location is fantastic with a great view and a wonderful terrace.

Very nice villa near the sea, tastefully cared for and furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen furnishings and to enjoy the lovely garden. The comfortable rooms with many closets, several TVs, air conditioning and fans are available. 7 are perfectly comfortable . The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Our dog also had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the sea. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and to repeat for sure!

After getting into the town of Circeo, we were bit worried but it ended up being super easy to find and in a beautiful spot with all amenities overlooking the sea. We stayed a couple of nights, cycled all over the mountain and both north & south coasts.

Gaeta in low season, where you can walk in the sun and finally enjoy the beach without the building parade of vulgar umbrellas. And in the evening, listen to the old stones of abandoned churches, forgotten by tourists and soldiers.

We had a very pleasant stay at Thomas's place. The weather was not the best, but being close to wonderful sites such as "the Cave of Tiberius", Sperlonga and "Temple of Jupiter" Terracina, we made the most of our stay. The house is well-stocked and the garden is lovely. For future visitors, pay attention to the speed cameras on Via Flacca! Happy holidays, everyone : )

Truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a host on Airbnb. Giuseppe was flexible with check-in and was kind enough to stop by later to show us around. He also was incredibly responsive and provided helpful info regarding several questions we had about the area. The home itself is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. A great place to stay if you visit Gaeta.

We had a wonderful time. The landing is beautiful and the view is fantastic. The pool was large and very clean. The cabins were clean and very lovingly furnished. I would come back again :) thank you Jen :)

The fantastic villa has a great location very close to the sea, with a large swimming pool and 2 outdoor showers (with Warmwsser!). We were 4 families with children between 1.5 and 14 years and immediately felt very comfortable. In every room there is air conditioning, the kitchen is super equipped and the sea view is simply magnificent. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach is not as crowded as the beaches in front. Terracina and Sperlonga are just 15 minutes by car from the house. The location is also perfect for day trips by boat. Carlotta was a super hostess, always available, very friendly and she gave us a lot of tips. On site, Anna takes care of the well-being of the guests. Overall it was a wonderful holiday for young and old. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of staying in Salvatore's house in Rio Claro with my family and the experience was simply wonderful. The house is beautiful and quiet, a real retreat perfect for relaxing. It was extremely clean and well cared for, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. In addition, the garden is a corner of paradise where we could enjoy the sun and quiet moments. A great advantage of the house is the proximity to the sea, which is beautiful and easily accessible. With a walk to the beach we enjoyed the blue flag sea. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were very kind and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality, hospitality and attention to detail.

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

A beautiful experience with my family, surrounded by nature , a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Lovely friendly staff, attentive and available to meet every need. I recommend it to those who want to get away from reality for a few days

We originally booked Stefano's Villa in 2020 but due to Covid we were not able to visit but finally got there this August (2024). It was so worth the wait, we were a family of 8 - 5 adults, 2 children and a baby - and it worked fantastically well. The pool was amazing and the layout of the house was perfect. Stefano was a great host, always responsive with my hundreds of questions, he helped arrange airport transfers and local car hire as well as assisting with enquiries about where to eat and shop. As other have said in reviews, the photos don't really do the villa justice, it really is wonderful. The local amenities such as shops were spot on for our needs and local towns like Fondi were only 15 minutes away in a car. If you are visiting Rome then that is only 75 minutes on a train costing less than 10 euros return, it's also about 2 hours drive to Pompeii which we also managed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or returning ourselves in the future, we loved it!

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Lovely house in a little village with 3 great pools, astro pitch, tennis court, playground, mini market, cafe/bar on site. Swim hats are required for the pools. House is well equipped with all necessities. Car required. Daniela a great host and always available to answer queries.

Lovely, fresh and bright apartment, with a large pertinent garden for exclusive use in turn surrounded by the largest garden common to the entire villa. The greenery is well cared for, with perfect maintenance. With a short walk on the piano you will get to the sea : there is immediately a stretch of free beach and several equipped establishments. As already written by other users, the center is more distant but also easily accessible on foot , to those who like to walk, following the bike path. Giuseppina is a perfect host, attentive, but discreet . It was really a beautiful holiday.

The sincere and unbuilt hospitality of the managers who are always available but with great discretion, the absolute tranquility in the greenery and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Great breakfast, I felt at home, I would definitely come back and recommend it to those who asked me for an opinion.

From the moment we entered through the gate, we felt we had the privacy and the spread for our family to relax together or spend a little alone time. The location just steps from the beach and a short walk to neighborhood markets & restaurants gave our stay even more of home feeling.

Beautiful experience! The hut and surroundings are much nicer in person than in photos. The stay was unforgettable, 100% experience in contact with nature. My favorite part was being able to take a cool shower and admire the stars in the most total darkness, the main reason that prompted me to choose this destination. Stefania is very kind and super helpful. Domenico has a strong sense of humor that goes right hand in hand with my gullible being! The only negative note of my stay was dinner: price too high to eat almost vegetarian. It would have been nicer to cook skewers, since there is the possibility of lighting a fire pit and drinking only brought us water, while I expected to taste local wine. Maybe this was my fault because I didn't agree on a menu and drinks.

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

Really nice and comfortable apartment, in a quiet location, out of traffic, but still close to the various amenities and a few minutes (walk) from the sea. A really nice stay! The house is large, clean and respects exactly the fees described. Particularly suitable for groups/families thanks also to the large patio with table that can be used for dinners in company. In addition, the house's location is strategic, a stone's throw from San Felice and Sabaudia. Great cookies from Mrs. Paola offered upon our arrival! Highly recommended.
