This is a fantastic place to stay in Gaeta, with stunning views and restaurants within short walking distance of the accommodation. Beaches are also only a short drive away. Alessandra and her son Luigi were fantastic hosts and and very helpful during our stay, such as by making local recommendations for places to see and eat. We may well return again in future!

Beautiful villa with a large garden, located within an area where you can access through a common gate. The area is quiet and you can't hear the noise of traffic. When we arrived, everything was clean and tidy as stated in the listing. The only negative note was the lack of blankets for the night, which would have been helpful because unfortunately we had a few days of bad weather with relative temperature drop. Other than that, we had a great time and would be happy to come back.

We are a family of four, we spent 9 days in the villa. The villa is easy to reach by car, and it has very good private spaces for parking. The beautiful garden with many places to sit and enjoy views is surrounding the house, there is also a balcony and a roof terrace with a great view to the sea. To enjoy the beach, there are private sunbeds and umbrellas. The water is very clear in the beach. The location is close to the town center of Gaeta, where are a lot of nice restaurants. We sure want to be back here!

We originally booked Stefano's Villa in 2020 but due to Covid we were not able to visit but finally got there this August (2024). It was so worth the wait, we were a family of 8 - 5 adults, 2 children and a baby - and it worked fantastically well. The pool was amazing and the layout of the house was perfect. Stefano was a great host, always responsive with my hundreds of questions, he helped arrange airport transfers and local car hire as well as assisting with enquiries about where to eat and shop. As other have said in reviews, the photos don't really do the villa justice, it really is wonderful. The local amenities such as shops were spot on for our needs and local towns like Fondi were only 15 minutes away in a car. If you are visiting Rome then that is only 75 minutes on a train costing less than 10 euros return, it's also about 2 hours drive to Pompeii which we also managed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or returning ourselves in the future, we loved it!

A beautiful house and in a perfect location ( within Circeo Park) Ideal for those who need to relax, the villa is in fact immersed in the silence and tranquility of nature. The house is spacious, also perfect for a group of friends. It is located in a strategic point 2 minutes from the sea, the wonderful thing is to have a private cliff available. Agostino was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Nicoletta is a wonderful host, kind and helpful. The house is chic, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, living room and a garden where you can relax and eat outdoors. This is such a beautiful property to stay on. It’s family history and architecture was extraordinary. The hosts were absolutely incredible and so gracious with us. We loved it! The property is so peaceful and the beaches are amazing. The town so cute great restaurants highly recommend.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Giuseppe’s lovely villa. It’s spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped. Linens, dishware, and cookware are all very nice; the kitchen was great and we had everything we needed to cook a number of meals during our stay. The villa also has a pool, nice patio, and beautiful grounds. Formia has many good restaurants and the next town, Gaeta, has even more and is easily accessible by car. Giuseppe was a very responsive host and answered our questions promptly. It’s a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and we’re grateful to have been able to enjoy it for three weeks!

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

The fantastic villa has a great location very close to the sea, with a large swimming pool and 2 outdoor showers (with Warmwsser!). We were 4 families with children between 1.5 and 14 years and immediately felt very comfortable. In every room there is air conditioning, the kitchen is super equipped and the sea view is simply magnificent. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach is not as crowded as the beaches in front. Terracina and Sperlonga are just 15 minutes by car from the house. The location is also perfect for day trips by boat. Carlotta was a super hostess, always available, very friendly and she gave us a lot of tips. On site, Anna takes care of the well-being of the guests. Overall it was a wonderful holiday for young and old. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

The Airbnb was fantastic! We went as a family of 10 adults and there was more than enough room to accommodate us. Our host allowed us to check in a bit early as we arrived by train. I'd recommend a car though! We were greeted by Giulia, Ana, and Graziella, who were very gracious and sweet! They showed us the grounds and some rules as well as took us to the store to grab some food. We were very thankful for them! My mother mostly communicated with them as she knew the most Italian, and they helped us quite a bit. There were a few restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance as well! As for the Airbnb, there was so much to do! We had fun playing games, lounging, and playing by the beach. We were able to hold a cute ceremony and pictures with the 10 of us for my mom's Vow renewal, and they turned out so pretty! The showers were great as well! I only wish we stayed longer than 3 nights to fully enjoy everything! If you get the chance stay here!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We LOVED our stay here!! Large and comfortable well-appointed house, with everything you could possibly need (washing machine and a lovely soaking tub!). Loved cooking in the kitchen and we did use the wonderful outdoor BBQ. Minutes drive from groceries and the hilltop village. Wonderful hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything and how things worked, and immediately responded to questions. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing quiet and peaceful stay! 10 stars and definitely recommend!!

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.
