Great location, quiet, apartment equipped with everything, including parking. 50 meters and you are on the beach.

Our family is infinitely grateful for Gianmarco and his family for the hospitality and friendliness shown! While we rested, I imagined every day, I would note in my review. And every day there were only positives. I will try to remember: 1. The first impression was very positive. It all starts with a smile :) The house turned out to be even better than the photos. Very clean, cozy, there is everything you need (even a portable router). "For the first time" was left a supply of food (which we never ate: a lot). Gianmarco showed me everything and told me everything in detail. 2. Speaking of stories. Very promptly, the host of the house answers numerous questions, suggests where it is better to buy groceries, swim, etc. 3. About the beach. The beach is sandy, clean, private. It has a view of Terracina. There are practically no foreigners on the beach (we do not count :) ). 4. Yes, the house is on the outskirts of the city. We rented a car and it was convenient to move around, but it will probably be difficult to get to the city center. I'm sure I forgot something I wanted to tell you about... Overall, the vacation was for fame and our cozy corner in Italy played a role :) We are really hoping to come back and would definitely recommend everyone to visit this wonderful place. Thanks again for everything!

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that is breathed in this wonderful house surrounded by the greenery of the Italian olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who even drafted a guide to the places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Highly recommended!

Great villa 100 meters from a beautiful sea in a private, elegant and quiet consortium with dedicated beach and beach equipment for 2 people. Fabulous, cozy and beautifully finished garden. Maybe some finishes in the house to improve, but overall we had a great time and we will consider the possibility of coming back in the future.

Lovely apartment, nestled in the picturesque town on Itri, beautiful cobbled streets and local delis. The apartment was clean and perfectly situated within a stones through of everything you need. Has a small car park nearby too if you are traveling by car. Chiara met me on arrival and helped me into the property, recommended lots too do and was very friendly. Would definitely stay again! Very clean accommodation with all the comforts present, Antonello was very kind and gave us many tips on what to do in the area. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and 5 mins drive to Medieval Gaeta, strategic location. Highly recommended!!

This was the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at & the location is fantastic. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed from the USB outlets next to the bed to modern and clean decor to our morning coffee & breakfast. Iole is a wonderful host who, as you can see, loves what she does. If we could give 7 or 8 stars, we would!

It was great to stay at Marcelle’s house. It is a place that I will definitely come back to and recommend to anyone looking for house with alot of charm and peace.

We thank Mrs. Serena for our mini stay, our room was impeccable, super clean and equipped with everything you need, thank you for the excellent breakfast, although we woke up late, the lady insisted on letting us taste her wonderful cakes and much more. We'll probably be back, a kiss!

Giuseppina, or rather Pina, as she prefers to be called, is really helpful and kind. It made it easier for us with information and tips. The house's location is very close to the beach, the house also enjoys a beautiful garden and the context is quiet and well-kept.

Simple check-in, clean and tidy room, great location within walking distance of the ducal castle (new National Archaeological Museum of Sessa Aurunca). The host was very helpful and kind.
