House vacation rentals in Gaeta

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Easy and helpful to communicate with.

Our stay in this beautiful family home was particularly nice . The location of this rental offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Formia/Gaeta. The beautiful and large garden with Mediterranean colors, the pool, the calm of this place allow you to relax well. The gastronomy of Italian cuisine is featured in nearby towns and tours of Naples, Pompeii… complete this Italian holiday. Not to mention Loredana's very warm welcome, always ready to be of service.

Very relaxing vacation, the exterior has ample space and very livable. The swimming pool is small but it does its job. The kitchen is well-stocked and functional. Sandra is very helpful and has recommended many activities in the area (many with discounts). A great vacation in a peaceful setting.

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

Carlo is one of those hosts who has kept the ancient tradition of hospitality in the Mediterranean world alive to this day. A taste of beauty, kindness and friendship await you in this wonderful house where each object has been chosen with love. Very nice villa near the sea, well-kept and tastefully furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen utensils and to enjoy the lovely garden. The rooms are comfortable and with many closets, several televisions, air conditioning and fans available. In 7 you are perfectly comfortable. The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Even our dog had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the beach. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and definitely to be repeated!

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Very small apartment but equipped with every comfort. We stayed one night in three. Care in every detail: from home products, to heating and ventilation systems. Whatever you needed in the apartment was there. We enjoyed the Pass for parking and proximity to places we were interested in. Anna Rita is very kind and available to provide us with information about restaurants and various.

Vincenzo’s place was beautiful! Fantastic location, clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Vincenzo and his daughter went above and beyond to make sure our experience of Gaeta was fantastic. Serious and very kind people, always available . The house is cared for in small details to guarantee guests a comfortable stay as if they were at home. Very nice outdoor space. Great strategic location to visit enchanting places both south such as Sperlonga (5 minutes away) and Gaeta at 20 , and in the north such as Terracina, San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia. We'll be back soon

Very good accommodation, worthy of the description and photos. There is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace is a real plus.

We had a very nice time with great bird concerts. Everything is easily accessible. Delicious pizza and baked goods in a wide selection. The whole neighborhood is quite beautiful. We were also twice in the neighboring village in the old town and in the temple. The air is very humid in autumn, smells great, but attracts mosquitoes. That's why we got Soventol on site. Always happy to visit this beautiful place.

Michele's place is very nice, is a three story building, with a beautiful kitchen with a little balcony on the first floor and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor tere are two nice size bedrooms one of them with a nice balcony and a second bathroom. The cleanliness is close to goodness they say, and the house is spotless. The view from the balconies is nice and the road is off the main traffic so it is very quiet, plus the fixtures are perfect to ensure that the noise stays out and the warmth stays in. Nice heaters spread around the house keep it very comfortable even in the winter. Michele. Is a perfect host, ready to accomodates all the possible issues. The presence of the stairs doesn't make it available to people with disabilities and difficulties walking, but this is because the building is in the old part of Itri and is not that easy to modify it. It is totally renewed inside, clean and perfectly equipped.

Miriam is a very nice person. He welcomed us into the house with all the hospitality we expect to make us feel at home. Its villa is beautiful, cozy, furnished with everything you need and attention to detail. Great outdoor patio ideal for a dinner with friends and healthy relaxation after a day at the beach. The area inside which the house is located is very nice, safe and a few steps from the center of San Felice. The sea is 3 minutes by car or 15 min by foot. Great with the bike, too. What's to say, we felt at home. Thank you for everything!

We were very happy. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful person. The house is beautiful and is in a very convenient place, 7 min walk to the sea and 2 to get to the city center. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back

The house is immediately below Mount Circeo, it has a very large and well-kept garden with a table to eat, a bbq, and spaces to relax. The area is very private so it is ideal for relaxing away from noise but it is also close to the area of La Cona, Mezzomonte and the seafront of Sabaudia. Alaleh is very kind and caring, always available and attentive: the home is recently renovated. We left malicuore, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderfull stay at Girolamo. Very nice, private, house. beautiful garden. Many things to do in the area. Beautiful beaches, lovely city of Sperlonga!
