Had a great stay in a nice apartment with a pleasant view and all necessities were reachable on foot within half an hour. Alessandro, the host speaks excellent German,English and of course Italian. In addition, he was always there for us and was very helpful. Thank you for the goodness.

The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. Annalisa was waiting for us when we arrived. She was very nice and caring. We got tips about restaurants and the nearby beach. It would have been nice here for a long time.

I had a great time with my stay. The owner made himself available to prepare the room even before the usual check-in time. Friendliness and availability to the maximum . Cleanliness and refueling with everything you need . Small note for those who do not know Gaeta: at night the area of the town in general turns out to be alive and there are many clubs with music. There's a nice nightlife. This, of course, based on everyone's tastes can be something more enjoyable or not. Central and convenient location.

Wonderful appartment, great to have a full kitchen and to be so close to the ocean and all that the center of Nettuno has to offer.

The apartment offers what is described and is provided with the essentials. The living room and room are spacious for two people. The area is central and quiet, parking can be reached between 100 and 500 meters on foot. Great location to visit Ciociaria.

Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

We've had a wonderful time in Sperlonga. This is an amazing place, especially the antique city art and harbor. Be sure to take a boat trip there. Casa marta is in a cellar type of apartment, there are no windows, but you can leave the door open. It is quite cool while the temperature is high outside. Be sure to take extra towels as the change service is an additional cost. Beach is 7-10min walking distance. Two sunbads and an umbrella cost 15€ for all day. There were several issues to be solved and host was ready to assist.

I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

Sonia's home is even more beautiful than what was shown in the photos. Careful in every detail, large, very clean and with two truly dreamy terrace areas. Just above Cala Feole beach, reachable from there on foot. The services offered in the apartment are many and useful, as are Sonia's tips upon our arrival on how to get around and what to do. He even provided us with a scooter throughout our stay. For any small problem, he intervened in a few minutes and resolved it. Really great host of a dream home

We had a great time. The apartment is as described and can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. It is in excellent condition, quiet, equipped with mosquito nets, complete with electric locks and air conditioning, which properly cools all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment and on the lounge there is a large washing machine. Finally, you can park in the garage, which you can access from a remote electric gate. The location is located near the center of Sabaudia and within walking distance there are two supermarkets including a Conad Store. Mr. Gianluca and his mother Luigina were very kind and also available to point out some restaurants in Sabaudia and around. I highly recommend it for those who want to visit Sabaudia , San Felice Circeo, the park, some beautiful villages in the province and, of course, have a nice beach vacation.

This is a very nice apartment located in a fantastic location. The apartment is on the beach in Anzio. From the balcony and bedrooms the view of the Mediterranean is amazing. It's very close to downtown Anzio and Nettuno's. The apartment is large and very convenient. Marisso is a remarkable host. He is welcoming, attentive, and very friendly. It was a very pleasant stay, very pleasant.

Mrs. Amalia sent me the exact location, explaining that the viability of the country had changed. When we arrived,the lady and her husband gave us detailed directions on where to buy fish, groceries, what to visit nearby, which beaches to frequent. They made us feel comfortable, allowing us to use a covered parking space and leaving their car in the open. Even the various sorted waste, they offered to deposit them on the days of collection. Given their availability and courtesy, two small failures that occurred I provided in person without asking anything but they wanted to reciprocate at all costs with local products purchased specifically. We were very impressed by the hospitality, the cool positions despite the heat, by the details of the apartment that, if possible next year, we will try to return.

Me and my daughter had a great stay!Aldo and his family were super nice and helpful. The house is central but quiet at the same time.the beach is 4 minutes walk from the house.Amazing!

Very convenient place to stay for Central Latina. We took part in the Marathon and only a 5 minute walk to the start. 24 hour supermarket around the corner. The apartment was bigger than expected and had a very comfortable bed. Thank you!

Had a fantastic evening 😍❤️ La Jacuzzi is wonderful, huge and very spacious... the whole place was super clean and arranged including towels, soaps and everything you needed... They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from their very good production... We can't wait to come back 😍😍

Paola is a thoughtful , kind, wonderful host and the apartment is just as described. It is on a quiet street yet less than 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, center & port. Paola has thought of everything, demonstrating a real commitment to providing all that her guests may need (beach umbrellas, cold drinks in the fridge and even ingredients to make a simple supper). Monica was an exemplary host: kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Her home was wonderful, great cozy and tidy, with leisure and relaxation spaces such as the pool and hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, repeatable soon!
