Excellent place and the host was very attentive, I would definitely come back!

House was really cozy and the neighborhood was great. Wonderful location close to many restaurants and gas stations. We were driving a lot so that was helpful. Lots of options for food and grocery deliveries as well. We came in December and truly enjoyed the host Christmas decor and fully decorated tree. Would definitely stay again.

This place was even better than the pictures! Right on the water with beautiful views, and the house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. Super comfortable and peaceful stay. Would absolutely love to rent again!

Wyatt was helpful and responsive. His place worked great for riding the gravel roads around Hazel Valley.

Dillon’s place was great. It was easy to get to everything we needed and wanted to do while visiting Ft. Smith. The place was clean and well stocked. We had 4 adults and 1 child with us and we were all comfortable in the space without feeling cramped. The beds were comfy and I especially appreciated the showers having necessities as I didn’t remember to bring my shampoo & body wash. By far though we all enjoyed hanging out in the game room. From the decor to the pool table to the record player…it was all great. I definitely would recommend staying here again. In fact we are thinking of booking again over the summer so we can take advantage of the pool.

We used Grace's property as a filming location for a documentary interview, and it was a fantastic experience. Grace was an exceptional host—responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful with our unique requests, always making us feel like nothing was too much. The property itself was stunning and looked absolutely beautiful on camera, impressing our director. I highly recommend this property for anyone in need of an interview location. This was a beautiful place to stay for the new year with our family while we were visiting family in OK! Very close to the Arkansas border so that was neat too! Great space to get away to!

Drove 12+ hours to enjoy this comfortable home. Besides the front stairs and back porch, very wheelchair accessible downstairs! So very clean, cute, quiet and private. and many thoughtful touches that came in handy. Amazing fall decor for Thanksgiving. Everything we needed in the kitchen! Beautiful outdoor space and basketball court, there was even a basketball! The industrial area doesn’t even matter because it is private and quiet and this home is so beautiful inside and out.

Great place to stay. Fantastic hosts makes it a great pick for your stay. If you are in the area don’t let this one pass you by.

I loved staying here at James and Ashley's place. The house is very spacious and the fully operational kitchen was a big plus. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've experienced. Shower pressure great, Plenty of hot water. Washer-Dryer was also a big plus. The house was clean, the neighborhood quiet. Parking right next to the house. 5 BIG stars!

We stayed at Lauren’s place for a week and we felt right at home! We had issues out of anyone’s control but Lauren was very proactive and took care of them immediately. Enjoyed our stay and time in Greenwood. Ft. Smith and all it has to offer is close enough and accessible. Hot tub was nice.

Loved location -close to many things- groceries/restaurants/shopping. Had its own restaurant, coffee shop and shopping. The place was very comfortable and clean. Hosts were exceptionally. Definitely would stay again!!

I love this house. Emily is a great host and is responsive and helpful. House is clean, beds are comfortable, quiet beautiful neighborhood. easy walk to downtown area to get coffee or visit some local shops.

We had a group of 11 men and women who gathered together to see the fabulous stage show "Shen Yun." It was such a fun experience. Everyone was so blessed with the environment. The pool table became a big hit after the show!
