Vacation rentals with a patio in Fort Smith

The spectacular views, cozy accommodations, exceptional hospitality, and delicious breakfast made for a truly memorable stay. We can't wait to return for another visit in the future. And we hope to get to try the pizza in the future. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming bed and breakfast with breathtaking views. Our accommodations were cozy and comfortable, the perfect retreat. While the room had a quaint, older charm, it was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of our host, Glenn. He went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and taken care of. He gave us some very good travel trips and made us feel like valued guests. Of course, I can’t forget to mention the delicious homemade breakfast, it made for a delightful start to our day. Overall, our experience at this bed and breakfast was nothing short of wonderful.

Had a little trouble finding the place but i also didn't read instructions to well so my fault but other than that turning into alley the place looked exactly like the pictures. The inside was very clean and the bed was wonderful after a long drive!

Shannon and Chuck were fantastic hosts! They made me feel right at home because they knew I was coming into town late and provided complimentary snacks and waters for me after my long drive. They were responsive and their place was adorable and perfect for the weekend. I definitely enjoyed my stay!

My time at Peiting was exactly as I had hoped. A super cozy, very clean accommodation, with everything you need. Exactly as I imagined. Host Peiting is very quick to respond, and you feel very well looked after. There was a minor problem during my stay, which Peiting immediately fixed the same day. perfect! Diana’s place is in a very neat historic building and is walking distance to great food, beverages, and entertainment. It is priced better than a hotel and is way more spacious.

Landon and Micaela’s place was just what we needed for our short anniversary get away. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We loved that there was a private balcony in the back. We would definitely come back again. Thanks for a great stay!

What a fabulous weekend! We escaped all the crowds after the Razorback football game and got to spend more time with our son that’s a student at U of A. Our younger son came along and really enjoyed the creek/river time with the dogs. He caught a crawdads NF practiced skipping rocks. We were very comfortable and didn’t want to leave. This place was exactly what we needed!

This home is older, but it has been updated and improved to be modern and comfortable. There is a patio and small deck that overlooks a small grassy area and canal. The neighborhood feels safe and comfortable. Shanita was a helpful and responsive host. Because it is a pet friendly place, we did notice some residual pet hair here and there on some of the furniture. That is to be expected, but if anyone has allergies you may want to take it into account. There are several dogs in the neighborhood, one which came to say hi at the back patio door during our stay and several that enjoyed barking in the afternoon. Again, this shouldn't be an issue for those who don't mind pets, but if you are afraid of dogs or you plan on sleeping during the day, it is something to consider. It is a duplex, but we didn't hear the neighbors at all through the wall. The neighbor's door faces the open street, but the door of this home is enclosed inside a fence. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Our 7th return to this beautiful home -peaceful, squeaky clean, and relaxing as always. All the amenities you need are here. We especially love the waterfall shower, gas stove and kitchen amenities. We love to cook out using the grill on the back porch. Fantastic place

We fully enjoyed staying at Sherri's. The house was spacious and clean. Close to everything in town.

It’s was nice place and it was very quite neighborhood

Cozy and had everything we needed for the 3 weeks we stayed. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our large dog. The neighborhood is in a great location for getting to Chaffee Crossing & Fort Smith. Nathan was a perfect host!
