Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fort Smith

Cathy’s place was an adorable space in a wonderful neighborhood. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, and it was our ‘home away from home’ for the few days we were there. Cathy was very responsive. We highly recommend this space and will be repeat customers!

A very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. Neat and clean, and you have full access to the entire home save the other bedrooms. A large 2-story home with a large living room, kitchen and family room. I lacked for nothing during my stay and as there were no other guests during my stay I had the home to myself. No complaints. Karis responded to any questions/concerns I had in a timely manner. If you need lodging in Fort Smith short or long-term I’d start by seeing if this residence is available.

The Beard and Lady Inn is an exquisitely renovated historical building complete with all of the amenities you could possibly need for a stay in the beautiful Ozarks. Our room (Writer’s Block) was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfy. The view of the sunrise from the windows of this room was absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant was delicious (the mushroom quiche is like silk!) and the store is awesome! All of the people behind this fantastic experience have really put their hearts and souls into providing the best experience and each of them are so kind and accommodating…and just lovely to visit with. My kids are going to love the postcards I send them from the Chester Post Office and we hope to come back to visit much sooner rather than later!

Really great host! Very responsive and communicative. Went above and beyond compared to other hosts. House has ample gathering spaces and 5 bedrooms so was perfect for our family of 7.

Karis and pat are the best couple in the US that we have ever met! No words can accurately describe our amazing feelings for them, needless to say the place is very nice and comfortable! And always “Shadow”🤣🤣🤣 we like him very much! This is a place truly made us feel like home, highly highly recommended! First, I’m fairly new to the world of Airbnb and most certainly appreciate those homeowners who’ve helped me navigate the different options and overall process behind a comfortable experience. However there’s been a select group of people who’ve exceeded the agreed expectations and Karis is one of those people. Karis is a good person, a straight shooter and nobody’s fool and both herself and husband are truly wonderful worldly people who treated me as if I was family. The room was large with a private bathroom and the photos shown in description of the overall accommodations are exactly as shown in the advertisement. It’s a beautiful home and everything is clean and well kept. And for those travelling long distances who might need secured parking the vehicle is steps from the front door. And the property itself is well lit and the surrounding area is walkable and perfect for children in need of fresh air. This is a great home with good people and a luxury that you can afford!
