This place was such a quaint and cozy find! It had everything we needed and felt fully equipped for a comfortable stay. DD was incredibly accommodating—I reached out before arrival to ask if there was an umbrella due to the weather forecast, and she made sure one was available. She also responded immediately when I had trouble figuring out the shower, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, there was a sweet personal note along with some snacks—and she had even acknowledged the purpose of my stay in the note, which made it all feel that much more special. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. A funny surprise (and maybe a little TMI)—the toilet is a bidet, which I’d never used before. Just a heads-up: don’t stand in front of it if you’re not familiar with how it works! Although the rainy weather kept us from using the hot tub, it was awesome knowing it was there. And a small but magical moment—I spotted a mama and baby cardinal, something I’d never seen in person before.

This is our second time staying here and it is definitely one of our favorite places ever. It's easy to access, great location, private, and spotless clean. The little things included are so much appreciated as we travel for work and don't always want to stay in a hotel. The little note and snack basket was the best, the bed is so comfy, and we really enjoyed a dip in the hot tub after a long week of working. Having a washer and dryer available as well as supplies helps out so much. We absolutely will be back when in the area again and hopefully for more than just a night so we can enjoy the cabin even more. Thank you so much for a perfect peaceful stay. Second time staying here, just as good as the first, heavily recommended, only issue we faced the second time was that we couldn’t get the hot tub working and didn’t get a response everything else was great though and the hot tub worked the first time.

This home was cozy and had everything we needed. The patio space is gorgeous and the hot tub was perfect for unwinding after exploring around Fort Smith. The home was conveniently located and there were plenty of options nearby for shopping and dining. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again if we return to Fort Smith.

My family loved this place! The zip line was a lot of fun! It did rain during our stay so I was so thankful that this place had bored games, puzzles, and books to keep my little ones busy when we couldn’t explore outside! We can’t wait to go back!

This cabin is amazing & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😁 would def stay again. My kids LOVED the giant jump pad, volleyball court and basketball 🏀 the loft was a huge hit for them, they had a blasttttttt!

Beautiful place. Was looking for a place to share with family and friends since camping plans were rained out. This place had a hot tub and an awesome enclosed patio so we were able to enjoy the outdoors even in rainy weather!

This was a beautiful place to stay for the new year with our family while we were visiting family in OK! Very close to the Arkansas border so that was neat too! Great space to get away to!

Kayla & Josh were the best hosts! They allowed us to enjoy the amenities of their home as of it were our very own, made us feel very welcome. They responded to our needs promptly!!! Their place was pristinely clean & beautifully decorated!!! It was between all areas we wanted to visit- Alma, Ozark, & Mulberry!!! Their rules & instructions were very clear!!! I would definitely stay there again, no question!!! Thank you!!!

Our 7th return to this beautiful home -peaceful, squeaky clean, and relaxing as always. All the amenities you need are here. We especially love the waterfall shower, gas stove and kitchen amenities. We love to cook out using the grill on the back porch. Fantastic place

Cozy and had everything we needed for the 3 weeks we stayed. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our large dog. The neighborhood is in a great location for getting to Chaffee Crossing & Fort Smith. Nathan was a perfect host!

Beds were a little uncomfortable if you are a larger person but other than that it was great

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed for a week at a time at Belinda's while visiting FS. Private & fenced back yard for the dog. Garage is big & is available for use during ur stay. (Love that ❤️) Master bed is big & comfortable. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. We hope to make Belinda's a regular spot when we come to FS to visit family.

Luis' listing was located in a nice quiet neighborhood near the downtown area. The kitchen was fully equipped, a washer and dryer were available. Plenty of towels etc. were provided. Beds were comfortable. When we had any questions Luis was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would love to come back when we are in the area!
