House vacation rentals in Fernandina Beach

This place is lovely. We are Jax residents who needed somewhere to stay after our home flooded. Hannah’s home was peaceful and took our minds right off of it. Very close to the lovely San Marco area, plenty to eat and do nearby. Especially loved the pool, hot tub, and clawfoot tub!

Nice pool and the home was very clean. The host maintained great communication with me.

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

The home was beautiful, immaculate and in a quiet, private neighborhood. We’ll certainly stay there again if the situation calls for it. I highly recommend this home.

Bunlim saved us when we got in a bind at a bad airbnb. The house was PERFECT and the yard was great for relaxing in at the end of a VERY long day at a dog show. Can’t wait to come back!

We were so happy to find this Airbnb as I recently broke my ankle. Being unable to bear weight this home was perfect for us as we just had to navigate one step to get into the home. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive to our questions. The home was perfect for us with a full washer and dryer, office space and very comfortable beds! Each bedroom has a TV so everyone could be in their own space to relax. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

My family and I had to evacuate Tampa last minute and were grateful to find Ricardo’s home. It was spacious and comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything we could need. There were ample rooms and beds to accommodate us all and my infant daughter loved enjoying the back patio by the lake. His home made a stressful evacuation a lot more enjoyable!

Great home away from home. Very comfortable stay. Close to beach area (walkable distance) without all the noise. Blake is a very warm, responsive host. Hope to be back soon!

Having stayed at a bunch of airbnb's all over the world, we would definitely say that Sandra's house ranks among the top 10% of the places in our experience. With a kitchen deeply stocked with spices, seasonings, cookware and utensils, bath towels, paper towels and bathroom tissues generously stocked as though Sandra just came back from a Costco shopping trip, a smart TV in every room, the backyard generously furnished with several seating areas and more, it felt as though we had stepped into a well furnished home belonging to a family that was actually living there and had just left on a vacation. We were there on a four-day business trip with work every day while my wife stayed home. Being a great cook, she couldn't resist cooking up a storm in Sandra's thoroughly equipped kitchen. If one had more time and it wasn't December, the backyard with the pool, pickle ball court, barbecue grill and spa would be a great place to hang out. I hope business keeps bringing me back to Sandra's.

Ali's place was awesome!!! Truly all around comfort, clean, spacious and very accurate description on site with great communication. They offer plenty towels, pillows, blankets, tons of toilet papers and plenty supplies including the kitchens. The house is just right and very relaxing. When there's any issues with the place , they were seconds to answer and fixed the issues (Ali and Tracy). My wife and son felt so safe and comfortable and just feeling at home during our stays. Beach is couple minutes from the house...Would absolutely recommend to anyone else to travel in this vicinity.

We booked our stay at Gregory’s place for after the football game! The house was conveniently located near the stadium but not close enough to wear we had to worry about the city traffic! If I could’ve given him 10 stars for communication, I absolutely would have! I called Gregory with a question, he answered the first time I called and continued to make sure things were going great after our phone call! He has snacks delivered to the house after our check-in, which was also super nice! The cost was super affordable, especially if you’re traveling with a group of people and need multiple rooms! If you’re needing a place to stay in this area, I definitely recommend Gregory’s place!

This place is so close to the beach which was awesome. I wasn't here on vacation, but escaping the aftermath of Milton since I didn't have power. I was able to bring my cat and dog with no questions asked. The backyard has turf and is fenced in so my dog could roam or sunbathe freely. This is definitely a vacation spot, not ideal if you have to bring a whole work setup but if you just need a laptop to work then it's perfect. Very cute.

Was super responsive and house was great to sleep a lot of people. Back covered outside area was awesome to hangout on turf!

This is a wonderful place to spend a few days. While the weather was a little chilly to enjoy the pool, the home is comfortable and spacious and Kristie is a great host. I highly recommend!!

Great stay, had family in town for Thanksgiving- very spacious for family meals- only change I would hope to see is the living room seating- not enough- couches could be bigger and more comfortable and add a chair or 2 otherwise great overall - but for family gathering just not enough seating! Clean, great host and perfect sized house.
