I want to thank Raquel for all her tips for the surrounding community. Our stay was so relaxing and sitting on the back porch, listening to the ocean and the birds, was the cherry on top of our trip. It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach, set our chairs down (that are provided by the host) and just relax. I actually found a few shark's teeth, as well. I absolutely will recommend your location to all my friends and family. As far as the pricing nightly, I felt like we got a steal. There is nowhere that we looked at that had the quality of your space, and the accessibility to the ocean all in one. Your place is #1 on our list of places to return to. Again, thank you for your hospitality.

Coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise every morning, and wine in the evening watching the waves. The condo was immaculate and just lovely! It looked just like the photos. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie board that was available to us for beach use. Fernandina Beach historic district was very close by and had great shopping, restaurants and many ice cream shops. Mike was a wonderful host and provided great restaurant suggestions and shopping tips prior to arrival. We are looking forward to renting this condo again next year!

Can’t put into words. Walk in to condo and it was as if we had an imax theater in front of us. Condo was more impressive in person than on website. Hosts were so accommodating and made us feel like family. Thank you. One of the few places we really want to return to again.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The space was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Hands down, these were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental—we all slept incredibly well. It was also a huge bonus being able to bring our dogs; they loved being part of the trip and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Recently renovated, beautiful space. Host was extremely responsive. A short walk to the beach was perfect. The bed is a Tempur-pedic queen. We would stay there again!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Exactly what we expected from the listing! Very clean, spacious, and convenient. Easy access to the beach with a newly renovated private walkway. The space had beach towels, beach chairs, toys for the beach, cleaning supplies, and clear instructions on what was expected. The slight downside is that they kept messaging to check in and make sure we were doing ok and reminding us that we check out on Sunday, etc. Was always pleasant, but felt like it was a tad excessive. You text the number with questions and they get back quickly! Very nice home for our first stay in Fernandina Beach!

Overall, good location and nice indoor environment. This place is at a great location basically right on the beach, easy to walk straight there. Not too much city traffic noise to pollute the ocean ambiance but still close enough to restaurants, stores, hospital, etc. The inside of the place is homey and big enough for several guests if they’re willing to share beds. Lots of kitchen appliances are provided for staying in your make meals. Great for a quick beach vacation!

The check-in and locating the place were great. It is steps away from the beach. the place from the outside looked dated but once you stepped inside, they took a lot of care to update everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Having a washer, dryer in unit was a great and they provided detergent. We had a bottom unit and it could be a bit noisy with the upstairs tenants walking around, but nothing that was of concern. Parking was great. We only had a problem on the weekend when there was a lot of beach goers and all the provided unit parking was full. However, we were able to find a spot just up the block. AC worked great and they were very responsive with some minimal questions that we had!

Galina (the owner) was fantastic. the property is being improved and renovated and was really comfortable and right across the street from the beach. A management company sets the rules/contract so there are some restrictions but they allowed our dog which was great. Galina was on property when we were there and our interactions were delightful. Amelia Island and the surrounding area are well worth a visit and Galina's units are well worth a stay!
