The newly-remodeled bathroom features a walk-in shower and heated tile floor. The kitchen is ready to use with a Keurig coffee machine and all the gadgets/small appliances you will need during your stay. Our stay in the tiny home was so fun! The house was exactly like it says in the description. It is literally a "tiny" home. That being said, it exceeded all my expectations. It was clean and we'll maintained with newer appliances (including a washer and dryer in the bathroom) and decent furniture. From first glance you can see everything is well cared for including the hot tub. The water was crystal clear and definitely hot enough for us. Ours was a spur of the moment trip but I was able to reserve the house within minutes of my initial request and we were offered an early check-in. We only stayed one night, but if the situation ever comes up again, I will definitely check availability here. It’s in the same price range as a local hotel, but gives you more privacy and your own personal hottub to enjoy. We were even able to take advantage of a late checkout at no extra charge. So grateful to have found this gem on such short notice! Thanks again for everything!

If you want a great night's sleep and lots of room for a party of ten, this is the place for you! The beds (all of them!) were so comfortable, we are still talking about them and it's been days since we left. Having two different living room areas was nice and the seating in the main floor living room was more spacious than the pictures. We brought two small hypoallergenic pups with us and it was a great house for them as well. The table does have room for ten (although you have to make sure to check the closets downstairs for the extra chairs) so we were pleased we could spend a lot of time eating, talking and playing games on the dining room table. The historic feel of the house was next level and Jane was a very communicative host! This was our first experience with renting a home through airbnb and it was definitely a great experience!

Planters Paradise was very cozy. I had to have my mother in law with us and there was plenty enough room for me to have my own space. I hosted a family gathering for my husband’s birthday and it was a perfect size for a quick little celebration. Cake and ice cream was perfect. Everything was clean and it was nice and warm.

I had a great stay at Nicole’s place. The house is on a nice quiet street close to town and the University. The house is well equipped with nice furnishings. The beds were comfortable with 100% cotton sheets and pillows. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
