Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Fargo

Second time staying that the house! Worked well for what we needed! Will stay again next year!

Great location and short walks to anything downtown. Very clean and cozy place with tons of room.

Had a little trouble at the being but Jory responded very quickly and took care of the issue. Lovely place located by everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and wonderful back yard for the dogs! We will be coming back to this place!

This location is very convenient to I-29 and local amenities. My sons really enjoyed the variety of games available. My sister uses a walker so the lift in the garage and the availability of a shower chair were extremely useful features. Patrick was very responsive to all my questions and checked in mid-way through our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. My family and I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend this property for a family stay in Fargo!

We had a great weekend reconnecting with some NDSU friends and families! Michele’s place was so welcoming and great for our families and kids. We would definitely recommend and look forward to the chance to stay again!

The home is perfecting nestled in, what seems to be, a quiet & safe neighborhood, but yet just a few blocks from the main road to get where needed easily. The home was great for our family and friends to gather, young and old. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the games & giant couch, while us adults appreciated the open concept to keep watch of everyone. Devyn was very personable, easy to work with, very informative and quick to respond! Very impressed & will definitely be booking again for future visits.

Our visit to Fargo was a family get together to introduce our newest grandchildren to their cousins & Uncles and Aunts. We had plenty of room and we gathered at KOHO house for the day and shared an informal meal together with our children and their children. The beds were comfy and the extra bathroom upstairs was wonderful. I look forward to our next visit Fargo. I hope we are able to stay at the big blue house again!

Our stay in the tiny home was so fun! The house was exactly like it says in the description. It is literally a "tiny" home. That being said, it exceeded all my expectations. It was clean and we'll maintained with newer appliances (including a washer and dryer in the bathroom) and decent furniture. From first glance you can see everything is well cared for including the hot tub. The water was crystal clear and definitely hot enough for us. Ours was a spur of the moment trip but I was able to reserve the house within minutes of my initial request and we were offered an early check-in. We only stayed one night, but if the situation ever comes up again, I will definitely check availability here. It’s in the same price range as a local hotel, but gives you more privacy and your own personal hottub to enjoy. We were even able to take advantage of a late checkout at no extra charge. So grateful to have found this gem on such short notice! Thanks again for everything!

The Blue Spruce Inn was the perfect location for us. It was just outside of town in the country. Very peaceful & had everything we needed. Addison was very responsive & & flexible in regards to check-out time. We enjoyed our stay!
