Cabin on Cove was amazing! The surroundings were beautiful the cabin was excellent and was exactly as described. The house had everything you would need and more. The cabin setup was perfect for our family of 5 and everything inside the cabin was so nice. We all especially loved the shower, the rainfall shower head was such a nice touch! Tina helped us locate a place to rent a boat before we even completed the booking. We were able to get a fishing boat in October and had so much fun fishing. The kids caught so many different types of fish - Perch, sun fish, walleye, bass and crappies. And it was so close to Itasca State Park. We spent a wonderful day there exploring. Icing on the cake was the Keurig machine with hot chocolate, the kids went insane! And all the games. I think we played about 100 games of Sorry! Thanks Tina and Crew!

This rustic cabin is in a beautiful, private area with amazing lake views from both decks. We really enjoyed the serene location and the large living room to have family over. James was a responsive and kind host, would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful, it felt open and cozy at the same time. We really appreciated how family friendly the place is, our little one loved playing with the toys. Although Detroit Lakes is a popular summer destination, we had an awesome time this winter - the ski resort is great and there’s also cross country ski trails and snowshoeing.

This space was perfect for our women's retreat! There was lots of sleeping space and what a great open space to eat, play games and watch the birds on the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget you would need! If you're looking for a great space, look no further!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne’s place. We loved the upper deck and screened in porch. We met Anne and she is super friendly and helpful. The unit is small but we expected that. We would book it again!

We had such a great stay with Lake Life Lodging's home. We needed a space for three families to gather and it was perfect for our group. We have already talked about coming back again! The hosts were responsive and helpful. Heated floors were great for the cold weekend we were up in Park Rapids (-25!) and the kitchen and gathering spaces were perfect for accomidating our large group. The kids loved the theater room and it was so close to town! Thank you for a great stay!

The Sunfish Cabin was a lovely little getaway for a weekend! It has a lovely view of the lake and a great spot to watch the sunsets. My friend and I really enjoyed kayaking and paddle boating. It was super nice the resort had those options available to use for free!

We felt right at home at Erich and Cari's beautiful lakeside home! The sunsets were incredible, the views were peaceful, and the home was cozy yet spacious. It had everything we needed and more, and I wish we had more time there! I would go back any time. Erich and Cari were highly communicative and left helpful instructions and recommendations. What a lovely place!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb this past weekend, and I cannot say enough great things about it! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire place was. The hosts thought of everything — the house was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed, making our stay feel incredibly comfortable. The house itself is spacious and absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of bathrooms (each with a shower, which was fantastic). There were also more than enough comfortable beds, and the pillows were some of the best I've ever slept on! The Jacuzzi was a delightful bonus, and we're already looking forward to using it again in the summer months. The hosts were incredibly responsive and so easy to work with, making the whole experience seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I and our three adult children spent the weekend together at Rayna’s beautiful home and we really enjoyed it there.! Our son brought along his dog and there was plenty of room for him to play fetch in the yard. The house is very spacious and they supplied everything we needed . The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and we made all of our meals there. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the back yard in the evening, laying in the hammock, watching the sunrise over the lake, listening to the loons, seeing eagles fly over the water, we used the canoe in the lake, played pool in the basement, and watched one of the movies together. Rayna was a very good host!

We just returned from our 3rd stay at Scott's cabin. We love how cozy and peaceful it is and the kitchen is very well stocked; we cooked several meals and enjoyed lots of laughs at the dining table. The location is great and you are just a short drive from so many fun things that "Up North" has to offer. We can't wait to return!

A high quality place to relax for a few days by water. Very nice and lots of beds for a big group. Tom was very responsive, informative, and helpful if needed. Would recommend.

Great place to stay!

My large family did a winter weekend getaway and stayed at this beautiful cabin. The cabin was big enough to accommodate everyone. Brigitte was responsive, flexible, and helpful. The cabin looks just like the pictures; clean and inviting. They provided all the amenities listed. There are many nice lakes around this cabin. Other than the train track nearby, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. At night, so many stars shined brightly. We would definitely book this cabin again. Thank you for your hospitality.

booked Turtle Shores for a private artist retreat for 1. enjoyed my stay tremendously, always within view of the lake and able to light a fire every night to sit and watch the sun go down. plus only 16 minutes from Detroit Lakes if I needed to get anything or get out of the camper for a while to take a walk and stretch my legs

My husband and I were looking for a quaint, private, peaceful getaway. We definitely got more than we paid for. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. Amy truly thought of everything and more when it came to stocking and decorating the cabin. We lucked out with the fall foliage as the colors were gorgeous. Amy's husband, Chris recommended we try visiting Itasca State Park to take in the beautiful fall colors and it was amazing. We spent one full afternoon there. Our evenings were spent on the porch overlooking the lake watching the sunset. Our German Shepherd loved the property too. They even had the perfect accommodations for him.☺️ If you are looking for a great place to stay for fun and relaxation. We would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Angie is fantastic hostess! She works hard to make it so good for her guests. Everytime I go there, she has added a new touch, (big n little). This year- new deck, motion lites in & outside outhouse, beautiful blooming flowers, and the best?-- peaceful little fountain. Sit quietly n the squirrels n birds will come drink from it. Don't pass this place up just cuz it says outhouse.. it is not like days of old or disgusting porta potty.. it is vented, clean, pretty decor, big enough for 3 people to change out of wet swimsuits, & has a window to look out if ya do have to spend some time in there lol. Try this place out, it is wonderful!!! Angie has a heart of gold, I just can't thank her enough for allowing us to enjoy her private peace of heaven.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cozy house surrounded by spectacular view. This place was spacious than we expected with loads of amenities & even sauna. Our entire group had such a relaxing easter weekend. We were visting Itasca State Park, although most places were not opened yet & weather didnt support us, we still managed to hike & make the most. Eric was very accomodating with our situation for which we are truly grateful. Will definitely recommend to family & friends.

This place is AMAZING! My husband and I traveled with our 4 and 2 year old boys and they had a blast. The beach was sandy and shallow which was perfect for them! They loved all the frogs on the property as well. The big grassy yard was perfect for running around. Their favorite thing was the robot vacuum 😂 Some reviews said there was no outside furniture but when we were there, there was a bistro set for outside. Which was super nice! Love the sunshine over the lake with the fireplace going in the background. Even tho there was no stove/oven it really didn’t matter. The toaster oven worked great and so did the grill outside. Only “complaint” the dock was a little worn and in some places felt like you shouldn’t step or at least not 2 adults at the same time. Other than that tho it was the perfect place! We will definitely be back!

Charming cabin right on the lake. Our family loved being on the water and enjoying the patio. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
