My rates have stayed the same for the past 5 years. I will not raise them like hotels do during events. The Keeper's Inn! Downright neighborly! Conveniently located 1-bedroom duplex apartment in SoFo, (South Forks). Close to restaurants, grocery stores, wine and spirits, and shopping, you will need not venture far. An affordable and quick Uber drive to explore all that downtown Grand Forks has to offer! In the summer months enjoy cooking on either the propane grill or Traeger pellet smoker located on the deck. Relax in the evening by turning on the propane fire pit, also located on the deck.

It takes 15-20 minutes to get to UND and the Ralph Englestead Arena (anywhere in town, really). Accommodations include a 1930's country house with antique decor and lots of yard space. I love staying here most affordable place and has 2 full bathrooms which was the deciding factor my my large family. We stayed for over a month Pantea was always kind the house very warm and cozy. Heating is great during the cold days. I love how there are alot of stores and a Natural grocery store down the street everything is convenient and near by. Felt like home being here truly enjoyed our stay 😊

I've become very skeptical of airbnbs after some pretty bad ones, but this place exceeded our expectations. Most importantly it was extremely clean and uncluttered. I loved that there are luggage racks in the closets so my suitcase could be out of the way. there were just enough pots and pans for our needs without the cupboards being hard to find things in. The kitchen and bath are very modern and nice. The rooms have nightstands and lamps. The location is walkable to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and it is worth the cost.
