Places to stay in Perham

This was such a cute house to stay in for the weekend. It’s walkable to 3 different bars/restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. The house is decorated super cute. Will definitely stay again!

I have stayed at Bee and Paul's place (both upstairs and down) five times this year, and each time has been incredible. Both places are comfortable, clean, welcoming and filled with everything you might need and then some! I love this house and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fergus Falls. Everybody is incredibly responsive, it's easy to check in and out, and the neighborhood is among my favorite places to walk. Just can't say enough about this house and these hosts!

Beautiful home on a beautiful lake. Well stocked with all the dishes and utensils and cookware you could need. Comfortable beds. We rented the pontoon, which was great to take out and cruise the lake. We saw lions and bald eagles from the dock daily, which was a delight. Mark and his team were very responsive and very helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

I've been coming to Spitzer to fish for a few years, and let me tell you this property is beautiful! If you're coming to take a fishing trip, this could be right up your alley. 10 mins from the launch and the sunrises and sunsets were great! We ended up switching to a cabin, and Amy and her team handled it with ease. They were very easy to communicate with if you needed anything. Don't hesitate to book here!

Great overall. Only complaint was an underground bees nest that stung one of us and the dog. Texted manager & she didn’t offer to come spray. We had to go to hardware store and buy spray ourselves. Also gas tank for grills ran out. Manager hesitantly offered to get some but said we could about 10 miles down the road. Paid out of pocket for these things.

Perfect fall getaway! The house was lovely and had everything we needed and more. Close to many activities, stores, troll hunt, etc. but still quiet yard and relaxing lake views. I bet it's a blast in the summer! Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Karey's place felt like our own private winter lodge. It snowed a ton while we were there and we were happy (as was our dog) to stay in and watch the snow fall through the big windows. We made full use of the hot tub, gas firepit, electric fireplace, gas stove, kitchen, and guitar. Bed was also very comfy. Terry came by to snow blow and brought by a couple scones :). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Home was immaculate. We enjoyed the home making the 3 weeks fly by. Saw deer every day. A wonderful stay again.

We absolutely adored the Haven! It was a perfect spot for my birthday girls weekend. The place was SO cute, incredibly clean & spacious. It was PERFECT for a slumbie with my girls with the loft area & it was truly exactly what we could have wanted. We jumped on the trampoline and laughed harder than we have laughed in so long. We were close to DL, so we went into town & explored & bar hopped during the day & it was great. So fun to be close enough to a great town! Kathryn was incredible, was so flexible with us & let us know that since she didn’t have a guest right after us, she offered to let us come a bit early & stay a bit late, and we made the most of every minute. She was very quickly responsive to every communication. It was a beautiful getaway & we will absolutely be back. I would recommend this spot a million times!!! ❤️ Thank you for making the start of 27 so great, Kathryn & The Haven!
