We had a very comfortable stay at Joe's hut. The kitchen area was well equipped, breakfast provisions very generous and set us up for all the great walks accessible right out the back gate! As it states in the listing, you can hear the road noise outside the hut but inside it was well shut out and didn't disturb us. We would recommend and return :)

Great little stay. The only issue we had is the google maps took us down a tiny overgrown lane (we thought this was the entrance at first) which wasn't great for the cars. Googles fault 😅. The stay was great. peaceful just what we needed

We had the most wonderful last minute stay. Sue went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed. Perfect garden for our dog as well. Would recommend.

Really beautiful scenery in a tranquil countryside , the hot tub was perfect for watching the sunset , cabin bed was so comfy & also we loved the 2 dogs who visited us for dinner & breakfast 😂

Really lovely cosy cabin for me and my partner and our dog! Nice peaceful area and lovely cabin nice and clean and relaxing amazingly had plenty of cooking facilities for such a tiny space really well thought out how it’s all laid out. Perfect little get away with lovely dog walk surroundings and looks very well looked after Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The hut is situated in a very private woodland - we even saw a deer. Waking up to birdsong and nothing else was heaven and staring at the stars at night whilst relaxing in the hot tub was bliss. John was a very hospitable host, answering all our questions cheerfully and checked in once a day to make sure the log burner was working OK. The place is a fantastic getaway and we will book for longer on our next visit.

We loved our stay in the Shepherds hut. It was so cosy and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location within easy walking distance to town.

We absolutely loved our stay. The shepherd’s hut is in a great location, feels very private and the views are incredible. We went in Spring time, so the fields are very colourful. Carolyn was an amazing host, she checked in on us, sent us photos, gave us lots of info and helpful tips, with local recommendations. We brought our 2 small dogs and they loved it. The accommodation had everything you needed and more! Every tiny detail had been thought of and we were even given extra treats, including some for the dogs. The location is central to everything we wanted to do, including visiting multiple beaches, which were only a 10 minute drive. The fish and chip shop was also delicious and only a 2 minute drive away. We cannot wait to come back. 10/10, utter perfection!

Really nice little spot. Friendly host and the Hot tub is fantastic. Meon valley is a 5 min drive away, which also has Free parking! Would visit again!

Lovely hut not far from whitsable, Herne bay and Canterbury but also remote for a break and peace and quiet when not in the more populated towns nearby, thanks Lucy for hosting us and sorting out the hot tub too which we enjoyed.

This was a great Shepard’s hut with just the right amount of luxury mixed with the off grid experience we were after. The surrounding area has more walks than you can do in a month. The host recommended the local community run pub, The Salusbury Arms. It was accessed ether by road or a walk over the hill. Good beer, good food and great staff!

We had a wonderful get away at the honeypot for our anniversary. The hut was spotless with all the amenities you could need, but it still felt very cosy and homely. Jill was super helpful with making us comfortable and providing lots of recommendations for walks and eats, there is plenty to do. We really enjoyed the hot tub too, the perfect end to a day of exploring ! We will be recommending this stay to friends and family and couldn’t fault it:)

WOW simply incredible is the best way to describe the cabin. The best we have ever stayed in. The little touches such as sourdough bread, butter and jam/milk - even oat milk for breakfast to pillow mist spray - Attention to detail made this stay even more special. Sitting outside with the log fire whilst listening to birds singing, seeing goats and horses in the field behind you was the perfect relaxation retreat after a busy week. Was the perfect location for us after exploring Port Issac to then visit Tintagel Castle the following day. We also did the 20 minute walk as suggested which was really nice. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return again in the future. Thank you!

Nina was a wonderful host, and the cabin is cosy and gorgeous. The garden is completely private and enclosed - perfect for dogs. There was nowhere for the dog to escape. Great to be able to light a fire, felt like posh, warm glamping. Great facilities, including a gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The cabin was roomy, warm and cosy. Just what we wanted after a long wet bike ride. Private and peaceful, friendly and accommodating. A perfect stay for a long weekend. We also had leaping new born lambs for ring side entertainment. What more could you ask for?!

Exactly as advertised - beautiful little cabin in a gorgeous part of Cornwall. Spotlessly clean, nice bathroom facilities and lots of useful information about the local area thoughtfully provided by host.

5* host and accomodation. The welcome touches made us feel valued guests. Mike was always immediately responsive to our questions. Accomodation is super homely. The views and tranquility are beautiful. Couldn't have wished for a better stay. The thought and care that is provided to guests even the dog was well provided for. The shepherd’s hut was gorgeous, beautifully finished, had everything we needed and was very cosy, with fantastic views. Zoe and Nic were really friendly and welcoming. Absolutely recommend!

The hut was situated in a lovely location and exactly as Selina described it. It was reasonably priced and in excellent condition. I spent the night with my dog here watching the stars with a small fire and bbq. Would highly recommend. The shower was hot and easy to use and there was an excellent range of amenities. Thank you once again.

Had an amazing stay here! Was a lovely peaceful place - our dog loved being outside in the garden running around & watching the pigs :) Hut was great - as described, very clean/tidy, good heating, plenty of storage space and nice big hot tub (which was ready to use on arrival). The best host was really friendly, helpful & responsive, made sure we had everything we needed even various breakfast options! As we stayed during Easter holiday he’d also wrote us a card and left us an Easter egg each! Really couldn’t have asked for more, would definitely stay again! :)
