This was a really lovely property with magnificent views. It was very convenient to walk down to the waters edge, taking no more than five or six minutes. The walk into Denia was approximately 40 minutes. The bar and restaurant just below the Villa was very nice. The only criticism is that it is a short drive to go anywhere else, as there isn’t a shop within walking distance. That said, we had some really great days out and nothing is very far away.

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

An absolute gem of a place to stay. Comfortable and clean, they have really thought about the little details and they make all the difference. Light and airy upstairs, soft beds for a great nights sleep downstairs. The bedrooms are large and immaculate. Having the balcony came in useful for when the boys wanted to chill and I could still catch some sun until 4pm! I came away with just my little 4 year old twins and the location is superb, next door to Spar, 5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the shops and restaurants. All accessible with a double pram for when their legs got tired. It was quiet at night and felt really safe too. Ample parking around the back. Great communication from a the hosts. We’ll definitely be back again!

Absolutely one of the best stays we’ve had with Airbnb. We loved Sam’s house from the spacious living room and dining room that could seat several families to the gorgeous backyard and extra rooms with en suite bathrooms in the back. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in the beach house and already can’t wait to return. The views are unbelievable and the house was spotless. It is so tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Siobhan was such a welcoming host and so helpful, providing information on local restaurants as well as lovely treats when we arrived, which were delicious. The beach is fantastic and really enjoyable for small children. Everything you need is so accessible and in walking distance. We made such wonderful memories during our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you so much Siobhan!

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! we wanted somewhere that we could be together as a family, this house gave us all we were looking for and more, the big kitchen diner was the hub of the home, we used it well, with the little lounge close by for that old man sneak away for 30 winks in peace, house was clean and tidy with plenty of those needed items, laundry, cooking and cleaning. good size rooms spread with bedrooms on 1st and 2nd floors, old man called shotgun on first :-), not because bigger, just less stairs. 2 good size bathrooms, like that 1 had over bath shower whilst the other had walk in shower. location is brill, 2 mins walk down to harbour and along to the very warm and welcoming Harbour bar and chipper with very tasty suppers. this was a great home, not house.. as it felt like a home, in a great location, very friendly. this is def a place to add to your list of pla es to stay
