Tiny Barn

The Tiny barn is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with numerous walks from the working dairy and sheep farm - it is just the ground floor and has a small double bed with access to one side, sofa bed, small shower room and kitchenette. It has a dedicated Airband satellite hub for WiFi and is generally very good. It’s a very old building right in the middle of our farm near the cow sheds so expect lots of cows, tractors, farm smells and farmers! Guests can park just outside the tiny barn

We chose this stay as it promised lovely surroundings and a hot tub under the stars. We were not disappointed. All we needed for a relaxing long weekend away. Emma and Sophia introduced us to the alpacas and answered all of our questions. Stephen’s clear communication enabled us to find them easily and it was just 10 miles to the beach at Saundersfoot. Beds were comfortable and lots of hot water for showers at a very reasonable price. All of our needs were met. What’s not to like ? Thank you Stephen, Emma and Sophia

This was an ideal place to stay for us and our two dogs. It was peaceful, yet near to lots of lovely areas to explore. We didn’t make it to the local pub as we enjoyed having a couple of sundowners and taking in the lovely countryside. The cottage was well equipped and as described. We’d absolutely come back - it ticked all of the boxes.

Emma and Ronan are fabulous hosts! Their cottage is very comfortable and has everything you need. Their children are lovely and showed us all the animals and we were able to feed the lambs! Fresh eggs from the hens in the morning were perfect. This is our second time staying here and we are booked in again for September. I highly recommend this cottage if you are visiting Ireland ☘️

Alex was a great host! Any query we had was answered very quickly and he was able to provide for every request we had. The house was in beautiful condition when we arrived and had gorgeous surrounding views. We particularly loved watching the sunrise and sunset every day. Alex was very happy for us to explore all the land they had to offer and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting all the animals on the farm, including their gorgeous dogs who loved to follow us around as we walked about. Overall this was a great stay and the perfect place for families, or friends, or as we did, to celebrate a birthday.

What a place, I didn't get to use the hot tub, but Ben's place is a credit to him and his family. beautiful surroundings and reasonably priced and flexible on arrival time. If you are looking to book your visit to Crook this has to be on your list. Highly recommend!
