Bed and breakfast in a beautiful location; on the edge of Porthleven a seaside village and five minutes for the coast in the car, or twenty minutes on foot. A Beautiful cottage set half way down Clovellys famous High st. The village is free from all vehicular traffic on its steep cobbled street, where the only sounds you will hear are footsteps or the donkeys hooves upon the cobbles. We are still a working fishing village catching lobster, crab and herrings. other rooms are available on Airbnb The south west coast path passes through the village , to the west is Mouthmill , a small inlet with the spectacular Black church rock formation.

Lake View B&B Pletna is one of only a few family-run guest houses ideally located directly across from the lake, where we also rent boats. On AirBnB only 3 (out of 5) rooms are listed. Two doubles and a triple one are separate units and as such need to be booked separately. Air conditioning was installed in May 2016. Please, note that our room-service type breakfast is optional and can be ordered on request at 12€ per person. Buffet breakfast is possible at the nearby pension.

Bruna is an exceptional host who so obviously really cares about her guests experience. The breakfast Bruna made for us each morning was varied and delicious with Bruna asking our preferences which made it personal. I could write all day long about how friendly Bruna is and how beautiful her home is. We had the room with the view of the water, large comfortable bed, beautifully decorate, good size bathroom and shower. I urge whoever is reading this to give Bruna's listings a try, she made our trip to Cabras far more memorable than she could imagine.

I honestly have one word to describe Rita and that is perfect. It was an amazing weekend away from work and responsibilities and Rita made us feel right at home. Not only was she always willing to help and carried a smile on her face but she helped us with recommendations on where to go for dinner and what to do during the day. Her hospitality could not have been better and we could not have had a better time there. We cannot wait to go back soon and do more things. It was the loveliest weekend thank you so much

Had a great stay. BnB had everything we needed. Great location. Wonderful host. Andy made us feel very welcome and at home. Very friendly, happy to chat and share his knowledge/ answer questions about the local area. Enjoyed the breakfast. Attentive from start to finish. Lots of communication and good directions. Relaxing and safe area for us and our dog. Lots of roaming room. Charlie the owners dog very friendly. Great big breakfast every day and a lot of effort made to ensure everything was ok but not overbearing. Catered for allergies and dietary needs. Lovely huge bed and separate bathroom which had the advertised spa bath… plus a large walk-in shower…unfortunately we did not use the bath. Relaxing place to stay away from the major towns so will need a vehicle to get about. Good base to travel from. Will definitely consider returning and recommending to others. Thank you to Lisa and Sam for your kindness.

We had such a lovely stay at Heather's bed and breakfast! There were four of us – two adults and two kids – and we all felt incredibly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The house is in a private location just off the road. Although it's nearby, we were not disturbed by any noise at all. Heather greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. My son even kept calling her "grandmother," which says a lot about the kind and comforting atmosphere she created. Breakfast was delicious and filling – a great way to start the day! Heather and her husband took genuine interest in our road trip and personal stories, which made the experience feel even more special. To top it off, they kindly washed our dirty clothes and had them dried for us by morning – such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. When we accidentally left our chargers behind, they messaged us right away – just minutes after we left. Thank you, for such a warm and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

A great way to end our trip to Croatia. Alda and Drago were wonderful hosts. They had wonderful recommendations for the area, and their breakfasts were fantastic. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and in a great location. Orebić is beautiful with plenty to do, and an inexpensive, convenient ferry ride to old town Korcula. Absolutely recommend.

Myself, my sister and my mum were so excited to be back in beautiful Ffynnonwen! We were greeted with a seamless check in by Richard who was very friendly and made our stay easy and relaxing. We used to stay here as kids and are so happy to see the place very well looked after :) we especially loved seeing the goats and the little kitty! Thank you, we will be back!

Jill was a friendly and helpful host, accompanied by her equally friendly dog Percy. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor and are comfortable and clean. Located in a quiet area, it's a great and convenient location for shops, pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was very good with a varied selection. Thanks Jill for a lovely stay, we will be looking to return.
