We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

We felt at home in Tima’s house. She is friendly and responsive. The place was amazing and a very accurate listing. 5 minutes walk to the river and It has a peaceful neighbourhood. We will come back Again.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone who wants a lovely stay looking over the beach. Thankyou both for this lovely relaxing weekend. Jackie and Leigh.

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

Wow we've just come back from a great little trip in Portsmouth with our two small children. The flat is spacious and well thought out with everything you could need for a stay. The bedrooms are a great size and perfect for us as a small family visiting friends. the location is really central so we could walk to most places including the seafront, numerous restaurants and places for coffee and lunch. Parking was also a bonus! We'll be coming back in the summer! Thanks so much!!

An amazing 3 nights stay at this beautiful location. The view is stunning! Lots to do in the area and the number 700 bus is a cheap and easy route into Brighton. Harley was a great host also. Thank you

I would say this flat is charming and very welcoming and very clean and beautiful inside lovely bathroom very comfortable beds ,location perfect walking distance to nice restaurant’s I would recommend the haven on the harbour lovely food and service I would recommend to my friends and would love to come and stay again a lovely relaxing stay in comfort

We had a great stay. We were 3 generations and we all enjoyed our stay. Views of the sea is a real treat and the quiet sea position on the beach that is also close to convenient stores within a few minutes walk is perfect. Highly recommend and will be back.

We loved our stay at Jackie’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding too. Within walking distance of Hamble Quay and lots of great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Had a lovely stay. Great communication from Dinah and lovely and clean. There are some low slanted ceilings so watch your head! Brilliant location in a peaceful village, lovely 45 min walk along the Thames into Windsor. Would stay again.

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and Katie's lovely apartment was the perfect base for exploring the island. It is comfortable, homely and clean with a small private garden, off road parking and is only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We visited as a couple but it would also be ideal for a young family. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Katie!

Compact and comfortable. Nice and clean. Beautiful garden and nature surroundings, whilst being not far away from cafes and shops. Peaceful. I loved waking up to the morning views out the front window.

Joanne is a wonderful host. The apartment is absolutely amazing, beautifully set out, comfortable bed, lovely sofa and the shower is unbelievable. lovely area to sit out in. It is the most amazing place and I could not recommend it enough. Gated parking, easy to walk into Weybridge and to the river, really peaceful area. I have never stayed in a better Airbnb. 10 out of 10 and will definitely be back.
