A recently renovated 5 bedroom house, only a 2 minute walk from Seagrove beach down a hill and a 15 minute walk from Seaview village where you will find a great community shop, coffee shop, deli (incredible ice creams), gallery and wine bar, as well as a fantastic pub called The Old Fort. Perfect for families and friends to enjoy all year round. Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place, it is a beautiful large newly built house with its very own playroom/cinema, large open plan living room and kitchen that opens onto a large deck into the garden. There is an upstairs lounge with a spectacular balcony that also adjoins the master bedroom that over looks the ocean. It is also right next to the town of east wittering with all its cafes and shops. There is also a 2 bed apt opposite that is available for rental.

Light, airy and immaculate, but very comfortable, with 2 private parking spaces directly outside. Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all appliances to make your stay a home from home.
