Spacious Farmhouse for relaxing holidays. Cowes
A lovely homely feel about this house. Close to town yet felt like we were out in the countryside. A relaxing surroundings for a few days of catching up with family. Sophie provided good information, easy access and helpful tips for enjoying Cowes.

The Garden House in Jane Austen’s village Chawton
We had a lovely stay at The Garden House. Kate was away but her husband, Mark provided us with a warm welcome, a cup of tea on arrival and looked after us throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, the cooked breakfast excellent and the garden beautiful. The house is a short walk, or even shorter drive away from the centre of the village and not too far off the Pilgrims Way which we were walking. Sadly we could only stay one night but I shall have my fingers crossed that the Garden House is available when I am next visiting the area.

Beautiful home for 1-7 guests cooked breakfast inc
John & Mandy were great host. They kept our rooms ready with fresh towels and napkins. The space is filled with personal pictures and has a great character of its own. John was kind to make us proper English breakfast and made us feel really comfortable and special throughout our stay.

The Tally Ho - an English Country Pub - The Sett
Perfect accommodation + perfect host = happy customers! This was the perfect pit stop for our journey to LEGOLAND. The room was the perfect size for 2 adults, 2 children and a baby. Breakfast was in the room and ample for all of us to set us up for our busy day. Host was extremely responsive throughout. It was a shame The Tally Ho pub is closed on a Monday (understandable reasons for why they don’t open) as food and a cold beverage downstairs would have been perfect. Note: if finding food in Hungerford please avoid The Bear pub. Lots of other lovely looking eateries in the lovely town.

Cosy flint cottage near Goodwood
Chris is an amazing host. We have been several times at his cottage and he has become a friend. Chris is so engaging, very attentive and a fab host. His house is a real gem in Sussex.

Goodwood Double with En-suite in Chichester
Janet was friendly, welcoming and interesting to talk to. I met Andrew briefly at breakfast and he was friendly and nice to talk to also. The room and en suite bathroom were comfortable. The continental breakfast was a nice touch and appreciated. Good to have a dedicated workspace and off road parking as well. There is no view over the Goodwood motor racing circuit or racecourse from the room but Janet said there is from somewhere not very far from the house. There is a bit of a view from the window of the downs beyond the housing. The place was clean and attractive and a good place to spend the night. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Sunny twin/double room near Downs
Francis and Margaret were excellent hosts, very personable, with the accommodation as described. I'd definitely recommend and be a returning guest.

Maiden Cottage B&B in Whyke Lane
I had a wonderful stay at JayneAnn's place. The home is marvellously clean, and I was especially impressed with the spotless bathroom! JayneAnn is a fantastic host who is always quick to reply to messages and provided me with excellent recommendations for local tourist sites and a great restaurant. During my stay, her grandson and a few young children were around, but they were all incredibly polite and respectful—they even helped me carry my suitcase up the narrow and steep stairs, which was much appreciated! I bought some clothes that needed washing, and I asked her before touching the washing machine. She kindly explained that the washing machine was only for long-term tenants, but she allowed me to wash my clothes with hers to make a full load. As mentioned in her profile, this is her home, so you must respect her house rules. This isn’t a hotel; it’s an opportunity to live in someone’s home, so communication is key if you’re unsure about anything.

Secret Getaway "Home from Home", West Wittering
We really enjoyed our stay. It was only for one night but wished we could stay longer. We had everything we needed. Woke to a nice breakfast and loved spending the morning in the sun admiring the views. Highly recommend.

The Bottle & Glass Inn - Garden View - Room 1
We had a delightful stay at The Bottle & Glass Inn. We were only there for 1 night as we were visiting friends in the Henley area so it was an ideal location. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast in the adjacent barn next to the wood burning stove was great as it was a rainy day. The Full English was tasty, nice sourdough toast & good coffee. Despite the rain, we enjoyed a lovely walk through the surrounding woods and then went back to the barn to dry off by the fire. The staff were all extremely friendly & helpful and the stand out was Paul, who greeted us warmly at the bar, showed us to the room and helped us work out how to switch on the bedside lamps! He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure our stay was seamless & comfortable. Outstanding! Will definitely stay again when we visit the area.

We booked to stay with Lesley as we had a booking at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery, which is a short walk from the house. The room was spotless and had lots of nice touches such as a selection of tea bags, shortbread biscuits aswell as shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom Lesley made us a lovely continental breakfast with beautiful warm pastries and was a fantastic host. Communication was also great beforehand. There are lovely walks in the surrounding countryside and a great pub in the village. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others Thank you again Lesley!

IOW Seaside Superking/twin ensuite room
Rose Cottage is the perfect getaway if you want a welcoming, comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Communication with Pip was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. The room is immaculate and is well stocked with breakfast choices. We took 1 dog and he was also extremely comfortable in the room…it has a small outside space, which is ideal in the morning or when you return home from your day. We would highly recommend Rose Cottage and we will definitely be returning. Places to go: St Helen’s beach walk, Steephill Cove and coastal walk to Ventnor, Yaverland Beach. Eat at The Vine pub in St Helens. If you’re thinking of booking…do it! Thanks Pip 😊

Spacious Bright Room with Breakfast.
Thank you Bev for such a pleasant stay. We had a wedding at Southlands barn which was only a 6 min drive away from the b&b, perfect location! The room was clean, spacious and Bev really had thought of everything you might need being available in there. I was particularly grateful for the coffee machine and makeup wipes 😍 The breakfast was healthy and again, just what was needed. Thanks for being such a welcoming and thoughtful host!! I’d highly recommend 💕

Room with Breakfast for Goodwood Members Weekend
Victoria and Keith are wonderful hosts. Very friendly people who make you feel welcome. Everything is nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality, I really enjoyed my stay. Getting into Goodwood for the revival weekend was nice and easy as well. It only took 10 to 15 minutes from the house into the Goodwood carparks.

Ensuite double room betwixt the forest and the sea
We had a delightful stay with Clive and Angie. They are very welcoming guests. The room with en suite was perfect for our needs, and made for an affordable weekend visiting the New Forest and Bournemouth. The room was bright and spotlessly clean, with some thoughtful touches. We also enjoyed cereals, fresh fruit, toast and preserves, fresh juice and a good pot of tea for our breakfast. Home from home! The recommendation to visit Friars Cliff on our way home was perfect. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We would love to visit again.

Private ensuite double bedroom in Godalming
A great, peaceful place to stay at, situated by the river with beautiful surroundings and sounds of nature at your window. Kristina is a friendly person and hospitable. Her house is very welcoming.

Cozy place with separate entrance.
Izabela was extremely quick at responding and especially with a last minute request. The place looked like it brand new when we walked in. There was a book with all the info needed and it was perfect for what I wanted.

The Railway Garden Room, in the Library House
Lucy’s home is delightful. And the room was fantastic. Roomy, beyond generous amenities such as tea and toaster and more, clean, easy to get to and close to the active town of Petersfield. All in all one of the top Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. I want to return home and make shifts to my Airbnb room based on what I’ve experienced w Lucy.

Private en-suite room in country House Room Only
We loved our stay at Lordington Park for my husband’s birthday weekend. Harriet and the staff were very welcoming and looked after us and our two sausage dogs. The room was beautiful and we loved the gardens, particularly as there were plenty of areas for the dogs to run around and let off some energy. We would highly recommend a visit!

Small Single BR NFLX/Workspace beside IKEA Reading

Kew Garden Cabin
We had a great stay in April's cabin. We had everything we needed, and very much enjoyed the lovely breakfast kindly left out for us. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was super. We would recommend it to others. Also, 5 minutes from the Tube station then just half an hour into London - really handy.
