Separate Annexe, with its own entrance. Peaceful location but in the heart of Chobham Village. Perfectly situated with all amenities in a few minutes walk. We have two great pubs with the White Hart opposite & the Sun Inn just a moments walk up the road. There’s a Coop & a small Tescos for any essentials, along with restaurants on the doorstep! The Studio - self contained guest house, Lymington

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE PROPERTY. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
