Great location! Walkable to downtown Dunedin and you can see the water from the parking lot! This was a perfect stay for our quick weekend

Very nice condo! Pool and hot tub on the property, close to Dunedin and bike trail. Has 2 nice balconies. Tiki bar at the property a nice place to eat, drink and watch the sunset, but we advise to skip the “free shots” at sunset😜

580 unit #4 was wonderful. There are 3 other units in the building but we never heard the neighbors. Ours was the end unit furthest from the busy road with its own driveway on a quiet street, next to a lovely small pond. We expected mosquitoes but there were none during our late March visit, and we sat on the porch facing the pond often. The beds were so comfortable, the air conditioning quiet and powerful, the entire place remodeled , and the location terrific, a few blocks to the Pinellas Trail and downtown Dunedin. We were able to bike/walk everywhere. Our host was very responsive. Daniel, one of Baskak’s maintenance staff helped us with a confusing shower issue. Rent this place. You won’t be disappointed.

The location is amazing! Convenient to downtown, walk out the door to the pool and, on the water for nightly sunset views. The landscaping is gorgeous as is the street the complex is located. The Condo itself is nice, a bit older and could use some updating but nothing that should keep anyone from renting. Definitely recommend!
