Monthly Rentals in Dunedin Beach

Very nice condo! Pool and hot tub on the property, close to Dunedin and bike trail. Has 2 nice balconies. Tiki bar at the property a nice place to eat, drink and watch the sunset, but we advise to skip the “free shots” at sunset😜

We had a great time staying at Carole’s AirBnB in Dunedin! The apartment and outside space look just like the pictures and are very welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed eating our meals on the outside table and relaxing before bedtime watching our favorite shows on the Indoor big screen. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the decor inside and outside is very artistic and colorful. Carole is very responsive and caring for her guests. We enjoyed meeting her and having some time to share with each other. She is a very kind and considerate person- and a supportive host! We definitely recommend her AirBnB - it is situated in a wonderful spot walking distance to downtown Dunedin as well as to the water’s edge, and easy to get to local beaches. We had a rental car and were able to park in the driveway and had no problems traveling from the airport and to nearby sites of interest in and around Tampa. Thank you Carole - we thoroughly enjoyed your apartment & it’s wonderful setting!!!

This was our second time having Karina as our host. Both her and her assistant Ester were very responsive to our needs. The area is beautiful and the villa we stayed in was perfect. Definitely looking forward to future stays.

The location is amazing! Convenient to downtown, walk out the door to the pool and, on the water for nightly sunset views. The landscaping is gorgeous as is the street the complex is located. The Condo itself is nice, a bit older and could use some updating but nothing that should keep anyone from renting. Definitely recommend!
