Fully equiped kitchen. Washer and dryer. We accept 1 dog under 20 lbs, no cats with a paid fee.

This must be the place

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This newly renovated 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms its a perfect place for a large family or a big group of friends. The house its walking distance from 2 parks, pickleball courts , minutes from shopping, dining and of course the BEACHES! we have a great outdoor area,2 separated backyards, a lot of room for pets and kids to play .

This was the perfect location to walk downtown or ride Veo's to watch the sailing races at the pier. The traffic is noisy at night but the host provides a noise machine in a basket above the washing machine, which was greatly appreciated! It's also an easy and scenic 30 minute drive out to Pensacola Beach.

Our stay at Rick and Lorelei's beautiful home went so smoothly. The space was exactly as described and pictured. Our 3 boys loved spending time in the private pool and in the game room. We are so pleased that we chose this home for our spring break getaway. It was a great place to land after a day at the beach or exploring many things in the area. There is so much attention to detail and the hosts have truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. You won't be disappointed with the privacy and peace that Rick and Lorelei's home provides!

I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. We made good time on our drive and got into town earlier than anticipated, and they had no problem with us checking in early. This place has everything you could possibly want for your beach vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there were plenty of grilling tools as well. The living room was very comfortable, and we loved watching baseball on the nice big TV after a day at the beach. The beds are comfy with a wide selection of pillows and extra throw blankets if needed. The bathrooms are also well-stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The closets are spacious with many hangers to unpack your clothes. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and peaceful. The pool was never too busy, and made for a nice quick dip. The beach is close, and never too crowded. I highly recommend Bella Luna Italian Bistro on the corner. We hope to come back here someday soon!

This place is amazing! Clean and feels like home. So much space and room for so things to do. The house is secluded but not at the same time. The small “beach” at the house is a major bonus. Kids could easily go play and we could watch from the porch. We seen all kinds of wildlife from eagles, cranes and even a fox. This was the first family vacation we have had in years and it was over Christmas. Dillon did awesome with a Christmas tree and lights on the house and even supplied a gingerbread house for us to build. We definitely plan on being back in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the outside much more.

Six of us stayed here, including my wife and my two year-old daughter in this place had everything for every single one of us. This place is great for a group of friends or a big family or even just a family getaway because it has everything that you need in a house from coffee machines to washer and dryer to a small playground in the big backyard to a grill and a lot of beds. We visited Pensacola for a friends wedding and this place was very close by Every place we had to go, like Pensacola Beach, downtown Pensacola and every place we wanted to eat at. I highly recommend it!

Bonnie was a wonderful host. She was truly invested in making sure my family had a wonderful vacation. She's a great communicator and easily accessible. The condo was extremely clean, particularly the bathrooms. I would like to know how they clear the sand in between guests! The kitchen was well appointed for all our meal prep - we only ate one meal out. We appreciated the updated fridge with ice maker and the large capacity, easy to use washer/dryer. Both kids and adults loved the easy access to the beach with complimentary chairs/umbrella, numerous pools, and the lazy river. What a great surprise to also find easy access to the bay right by the lazy river. My kids loved looking for shells and hermit crabs in the shallow, calm water. We had a wonderful time and made life long memories. Thanks for everything, Bonnie!
