Me and my family had a fantastic stay. The bungalow was immaculate with stunning views. Amanda was a super host, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Amanda had a lovely welcome box with goodies which was a great touch, a book full of information and details about the different things in the bungalow. There were lots of brochures on popular places to visit in the local area which was incredibly handy. I would 100% recommend this place and it's worth every single penny. The bungalow was very warm, cosy and welcoming with spectacular views. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely house in a perfect location to explore a fantastic part of the North Devon coast. The house is comfortable and spacious. Had everything we needed. Really nice to be up above Woolacombe, with views across the bay, and close to numerous amazing beaches... even in winter. Would love to go back for longer next time.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage. Helen the owner was wonderful and looked after us beautifully. The extra touches like homemade cream tea and treats for our dog were particularly nice. The cottage itself was beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a really peaceful location. We had wonderful walks down to the coastal path and Bude is just a short drive away. We cant wait to return.

we went to stay at Julie's house in the winter time so of course it was lovely and quiet! but it was so close to the beautiful beach and lots of walks to go on. The house itself was really practical and spotlessly clean. Julie was a darling and left us a big bar of chocolate which was soooo welcome as we really needed a pick me up! Also as it was between Christmas and the New Year she had decorated the living room with a little tree and lights with a Christmas table cloth and an amazing christmassy scent diffuser! Would absolutely recommend!

lovely location, walkable to a couple decent pubs/restaurants. the beaches nearby were stunning and quiet, great as long as you don't mind hundreds of steps down and back up 😁 Hot tub was well deserved after all those steps!

We had a great stay here. Very relaxing, really well equipped and the most dog friendly place we have stayed. Hot tub was excellent. Lots to see with the animals on their land and beaches nearby. The bungalow was exactly as described with lots of handy personal extras.

The panoramic views were absolutely incredible, probably the best from any property in the area! It was a joy to sit with binos and watch the waves, boats, wildlife (excellent bird spotting) and surfers. We saw stunning sunrises and enjoyed both the good and bad weather... stormy seas and high winds were exciting to watch from the cosy lounge. We really appreciated the log supply for the stove, games, puzzles and books and even some welcome goodies in the kitchen on arrival. The house was well equipped and warm, and the Smart TV and WiFi worked fine (even in a storm). Loads of hot water too. The beach was only a short walk away and the Venus Cafe did excellent food, including breakfasts and a good gluten free range. We felt the property was excellent value for money and will definately come and stay again.

The kitchen features retro-style cabinetry and appliances, with a checkerboard floor in red and cream. A window allows natural light to illuminate the space, revealing a sink and stove. A dining area is visible through the doorway, complete with a round table and several chairs.

An absolutely fantastic weeks stay at Lee & Chrissy's beautiful and peaceful 'Park View'.The hosts couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating and you have literally everything you need for a comfortable stay.The 1950s vibe is also a very unique experience.Just 20 minutes drive from Bude and Clovelly and close to all the beautiful beaches. Mary & John are the kindest most thoughtful hosts ensuring that our stay from the moment we arrived until we left was a happy, enjoyable experience. We felt right at home and the views across Torquay & Torbay are stunning. The personal touch from a b'day card to the treats & goodies were just wonderful. Can't thank them enough! The bungalow is clean, tidy and all that you need it to be to feel right at home. The hot tub was a welcome treat too to enjoy the view and watch the world go by. Looking forward to a return visit 😀

Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

Good location near Croyde beach and south west coastal path. Beautiful coastline. Dog and family loved the nearby tracks. House was clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Great surf and beautiful golfcourse.

Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

Helen was great! Very clear instructions and very easy to communicate with. The bungalow was as described and the location was beautiful. The pool was a real bonus for when the weather was a bit damp. Would recommend.

Fabulous house Fabulous host beds very comfy house very homely, very clean and warm,great location for sightseeing went to St Michael's Mount, Eden project, Finicular railway all not to far a drive from Kam's Moran's restaurant exceptional, had a lovely takeaway from Hong Kong Dinner. The hot tub was amazing, any problems very quick response from Kam, would definitely return lots more to see.

Absolutely brilliant stay with two friends, we all needed a break and to unwind. We were not disappointed. Clean, cosy, comfortable and quiet - all of which was wonderful, but with the hot tub and stunning views, we left feeling like we'd had a week off, not just a weekend. David is a generous host, very responsive and kind, it felt like he knew us already! Thank you so much.

A fantastic place to stay on the outskirts of Exeter. This trip was originally planned for December but we decided to reschedule due to the storm we had - Sarah was incredibly understanding and accommodating with changing our dates. The bungalow is very well equipped, has everything you need, cream tea included. Sarah’s communication was brilliant. Would stay here again! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Georgies place. The house interior was really stylish and comfortable. It was all very clean and we felt very relaxed as soon as we arrived. The location was great for days out, we loved how close it was to the beach. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the village to pick bits up.
