House vacation rentals in Des Moines

We met here for a girls trip-my 5 daughters and I. The house was great to spend time together and the hot tub was sweet and private. Matt was a great host and very friendly with quick response time. We would definitely return to this house or one of their other houses.

Perfect spot for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) on a weekend trip to visit family in Des Moines. Good space, clean, and very responsive hosts.

Location was perfect with lots of restaurants to choose from. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy to access and it was great to have a garage to park in. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful large home was very clean and comfortable for our family stay. The grandkids enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to prepare meals of any kind - including grilling. Would highly recommend this to groups/large families.

We rented the main house and the guest house and our stay was fantastic. If you are looking for a property where you and your friends/family can have a great time without having to leave the house this is it! Robert was easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions and everything was as described. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and cooking in the high tech kitchen. If we come back to this area we will definitely be renting this house again!

Would definitely stay again! We had a late family Christmas (meet up in the middl states wise) and they even left a Christmas tree up 🤩 we enjoyed a hockey game in town and enjoyed having the hot tub to warm up after! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well 💯.

Super clean, great area. Quiet, easy to get in and out. Bed was comfortable, nice towels. Washer and dryer on site. Great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great space for our Family Christmas. We had a large group to accommodate (12 adults and 3 kids). There was plenty of space for us all to be together, space to separate when needed and private sleeping arrangements. Something I felt was understated in the description was the walking trails that meander through the neighborhood and are accessible from the backyard. We had a couple days of nice weather and enjoyed really peaceful walks with a couple of playgrounds to stop and let the kids play.

Very close to downtown/East Village. Good price, great wifi, accommodating host that communicated with us very well. Everything was clean, with plenty of AWESOME pillows! Loved the outdoor space in the back

We stayed here for my son's wedding. Very peaceful, private, and comfortable. Husband saw otters in the pond while walking the dogs! Deer in the yard both mornings. Comfy beds and lots of games if you have time for that which we did not unfortunately. I would highly recommend staying here! It is a very short trip to The Hive wedding venue too! Thank you for a great stay!

Tessa's home was exactly as listed, easy to locate, and in a very nice neighborhood. The hot-tub was truly enjoyed by our group. This was a perfect place for our 4 day Christmas family get-together! Don & Kay

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Angie’s place and we love it! Perfect for our family to spread out, watch movies, and have breakfast and coffee at the big dining table. We’ll be back!

If I could give more stars I would. Danielle and Tom are exceptional hosts! So many sweet and unexpected extras. We were looking for the perfect place for a Sisters/Mom weekend and we found it. Our 89 year old mom kept saying, this place is so wonderful! We look forward to booking here again. *****+

We absolutely loved our stay! Trisha was very responsive and even accommodated our early check-in request! We were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the home, how spacious it was, and how at-home we felt. Not to mention they even had the home nice and warm for us -their Iowa winters are COLD!
