House vacation rentals in Des Moines

Had a great stay at the house. We had Ubers within 10 min Found lots of fun spots. House was clean and hosts were friendly.

Left a five star as Matt was understanding of me changing the dates so close to the reservation.

Perfect spot for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) on a weekend trip to visit family in Des Moines. Good space, clean, and very responsive hosts.

We booked our stay very last minute, and Bry was very welcoming and made sure our check-in went smoothly. The space was even better than expected and in a convenient location downtown. The two stall garage and rooftop patio were our favorite bonus features. Would definitely like the opportunity to stay again!

You can't beat Whitney's place for the area and price. She is a very pleasant host. The beds are comfortable and the space is quiet. It's also very close to Valley Junction and all it has to offer!

Really recommend this beautiful quiet place. Me and my buddy needed a last minute spot after a concert and she was cool with a late check in. And was very fast and ready to help!! Really recommend this place is quiet, clean and very adorable for its age!

Beautiful large home was very clean and comfortable for our family stay. The grandkids enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to prepare meals of any kind - including grilling. Would highly recommend this to groups/large families.

We rented the main house and the guest house and our stay was fantastic. If you are looking for a property where you and your friends/family can have a great time without having to leave the house this is it! Robert was easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions and everything was as described. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and cooking in the high tech kitchen. If we come back to this area we will definitely be renting this house again!

Home was comfortable for our group of 7.

Great spot. There isn’t a yard per se, which wasn’t great with our dogs. With that said, the place was clean, nice, modern, homey, etc. All that we wanted as our house is being remodeled so we needed a place to escape the construction and noise.

Amazing stay!!! This truly is an “Urban Oasis.” Awesome location close to a lot of things to do/grocery store/restaurants, yet very private at the same time. Close to the airport, but no issues with sound/noisy planes. The large back covered patio area with a sitting area, hot tub, and TV right next to the big backyard and trees was where we spent the majority of our time! The hot tub was acting up a bit, but the hosts were extremely responsive and sent a tech over right away. We will absolutely be back!!

We stayed here for my son's wedding. Very peaceful, private, and comfortable. Husband saw otters in the pond while walking the dogs! Deer in the yard both mornings. Comfy beds and lots of games if you have time for that which we did not unfortunately. I would highly recommend staying here! It is a very short trip to The Hive wedding venue too! Thank you for a great stay!

A fantastic spot to host family in town! Why rent a bunch of hotel rooms when you can find such a great place with room enough that everyone can be together? Tessa is a great host, very friendly and responsive!

I really loved this Airbnb!! I can see why it’s so highly rated. It’s so homey and comfortable, great for groups! Bringing our pups was a huge plus. Most dog friendly Airbnb’s aren’t that great but Jen’s place was perfect and spotless. The neighborhood was very safe and a great place to walk the dogs! We would definitely stay again!

Our family of 6 enjoyed a weekend stay coinciding with renting the Venue for my wife's 40th birthday party. The hosts, Lori and Scott, were exactly how we hoped; communicative and friendly, respectful and warm. The naturally private setting and well-tended outside of the property are easy to appreciate, with something for all the senses to soak in. The interior sparked ideas for our own farmhouse remodel, with inspired materials and decor that set an inviting vibe. We'll definitely be back.
