House vacation rentals in Des Moines

Able to locate easily, in nice neighborhood. Our group had a lot of fun, and the host was easy to communicate with!

This place is amazing. The house easily accommodated 3 guests. The kitchen had just about anything you needed. This location has 2 toilets, but really only 1 shower (but the shower on the main floor has 2 shower heads). The upstairs has the tub as shown with an old fashioned handheld sprayer. I would stay here again.

Our group had a wonderful stay at The acorn Crib. Loved having so much communal and private space. The house was amazingly decorated and had wonderful amenities. The to-go coffee cups we amazing, the hot tub was perfect, and we can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Des Moines!

This host has gone to a lot of extra mile trouble to have artful choices throughout and amenities like coffee fixings, bottled waters, robes, etc that helped us settle into some quality time with our daughter attending Iowa State. Close to Walgreens (walkable) and restaurants. Girls enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

The bachelorette party really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of room for our party of 13 with extra beds to spare. It was set up for extra entertainment options and had a nice big backyard. We only used the hot tub due to time of year, but it’s a great space for a large group to enjoy some down time outside. The neighborhood was quiet and within 15 to 20 minutes to everywhere we needed to go. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. If we are back in there area again we would reserve again!

Newly constructed home in Perry with large sitting area for a whole family and very nice bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable. Nice big kitchen area and well stocked and very good amenities. Loved that they had a Christmas tree as it gave it a warm feeling. Very convenient to everything in Perry. Highly recommend this house to other families.

Perfect spot for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) on a weekend trip to visit family in Des Moines. Good space, clean, and very responsive hosts.

The rental was in a great location, clean and Bry was an excellent communicator and flexible with a late check out due a work call. The rental was spacious and with the unseasonably warm weather we took advantage of the rooftop patio.

Beautiful large home was very clean and comfortable for our family stay. The grandkids enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to prepare meals of any kind - including grilling. Would highly recommend this to groups/large families.

We rented the main house and the guest house and our stay was fantastic. If you are looking for a property where you and your friends/family can have a great time without having to leave the house this is it! Robert was easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions and everything was as described. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and cooking in the high tech kitchen. If we come back to this area we will definitely be renting this house again!

We had an absolute great stay at this Airbnb. The home was spacious with plenty of rooms and comfortable beds for everyone in my family. It was a perfect setup for family gathering. The home was spotless! There were a lot of fun things to do inside the home. The neighborhood felt very safe. The host was very responsive. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

Very close to downtown/East Village. Good price, great wifi, accommodating host that communicated with us very well. Everything was clean, with plenty of AWESOME pillows! Loved the outdoor space in the back
