House vacation rentals in Polk County

Beautiful large home was very clean and comfortable for our family stay. The grandkids enjoyed the pool! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to prepare meals of any kind - including grilling. Would highly recommend this to groups/large families.

We rented the main house and the guest house and our stay was fantastic. If you are looking for a property where you and your friends/family can have a great time without having to leave the house this is it! Robert was easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions and everything was as described. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and cooking in the high tech kitchen. If we come back to this area we will definitely be renting this house again!

Home was comfortable for our group of 7.

We all enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and all we needed for cooking. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and want to come back when the pool could be used. Having games in the garage was very nice too - we had plenty to do and lots of fun. Holli

Amazing stay!!! This truly is an “Urban Oasis.” Awesome location close to a lot of things to do/grocery store/restaurants, yet very private at the same time. Close to the airport, but no issues with sound/noisy planes. The large back covered patio area with a sitting area, hot tub, and TV right next to the big backyard and trees was where we spent the majority of our time! The hot tub was acting up a bit, but the hosts were extremely responsive and sent a tech over right away. We will absolutely be back!!

Very close to downtown/East Village. Good price, great wifi, accommodating host that communicated with us very well. Everything was clean, with plenty of AWESOME pillows! Loved the outdoor space in the back

Good location, plenty of space for a large group. Easy check-in. Hard to keep upstairs and basement at comfortable temps for sleeping overnight; maybe a space heater in basement bedroom is the answer.

I am surprised to find that Annette’s place is the best in all my Airbnb experiences. Super roomy and tidy. It has all the amenities I could ask for, including even an extra comforter. The bed and linens feel very good. I would definitely visit Annette’s place again if I go to 7 oaks again.

Perfect spot for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) on a weekend trip to visit family in Des Moines. Good space, clean, and very responsive hosts.

You can't beat Whitney's place for the area and price. She is a very pleasant host. The beds are comfortable and the space is quiet. It's also very close to Valley Junction and all it has to offer!

A great place for a travel tired couple with dogs. Jessica went out of her way to make sure. We were comfortable when we arrived. She had stopped by to turn on the AC. The house is private with a great backyard. You can see all of the hard work they have put into the restoration of this adorable house.

Had a great stay at the house. We had Ubers within 10 min Found lots of fun spots. House was clean and hosts were friendly.

Really recommend this beautiful quiet place. Me and my buddy needed a last minute spot after a concert and she was cool with a late check in. And was very fast and ready to help!! Really recommend this place is quiet, clean and very adorable for its age!
