Joost and Angelica- We can’t thank you enough for providing such an amazing vacation for our family. Everything was exactly as pictured and promised if not even better! Having you greet us upon arrival and walk us through the condo was so welcoming. All four of us loved the layout of the condo, the closeness to all of the restaurants and how the beach was just a few minutes walk away. Our boys loved Sharky’s next door and we all loved being so close to Nordico’s coffee and a grocery store too! We actually enjoyed the late night music too! Having the constant security at the building entrance and the entrance keypad changed for us made us all feel so safe. This was our first Airbnb stay, and because of your hospitality we will be sure to use this many times. Angelica- you have been amazing communicating with us for months and taking care of every detail. Thank you also for arranging the shuttles and for providing the driver names and ID info. They were wonderful every time we used them!

Great place to stay and very good host

This really is a jewel! Playa Negra is a laid back, beautiful surfing town. My husband and I stayed for a week for both business and leisure and it was the perfect place to relax but also accessible to some larger towns that have the things you need. Jeff checked in prior to the trip and answered immediately any time I messaged him. Any recommendations I asked for Jeff knew multiple options. He’s a super cool guy and his dog Carver is pretty cool too! If you go during the rainy season and are driving a car you should definitely get a 4 wheel drive as a lot of the beach roads are dirt and a bit rough. We definitely plan on going back to the La Jolla casito!

Clean space, quite spacious, a 10-minute walk to the beach. Secure parking. Sergio greeted us when we arrived, was very responsive, answered our questions quickly and offered tips for activities.

I absolutely loved staying here. The front porch was a perfect place to sit out and enjoy the garden Cato has cultivated or enjoy a rain storm. The space was great for working from home. Quiet, reliable wifi, secure. It’s definitely rustic but had everything I wanted and needed and served as a perfect place to post up for a month. Will be back!

Thank you Luca... you were great at communicating with us. We had a wonderful time. we sat outside a lot and truly enjoyed all the wildlife in the yard. Excellent place to stay. 😀

Everything was perfect

The place is beautiful, private, quite, just like the pictures, Vannesa and Audrey were excellent hosts, they were always attentive to anything we needed and very kind.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay in this unique home. Really enjoyed the space. Gerardo the caretaker was lovely and very helpful. Ate several times at his family restaurant! Is quite a quiet area so was helpful when Joseph helped us hire a car to explore the area.

Spacious condo with Playa Langosta quite literally on your doorstep. We were thankful to be a little bit outside of busy Tamarindo, especially with kids. The howler monkeys cross the street morning and evening by Fish and Cheeses. We also enjoyed watching the humming birds from the balcony. I really appreciated the great laundry facilities as we hit a very wet period. We spent most of our days travelling to beaches north or south of Tamarindo with Jake's place being a great base for this. Jake sent a little video showing how to find his place once inside the gates. It made the check in process really easy.

Benton’s place was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room for all of us +some. The views were UNMATCHED. I would argue that this property has some of the best views I’ve ever seen. We felt so relaxed and enjoyed the pool, lounge chairs, grill and large kitchen. The nearby grocery store was perfect to grab everything you need to stock up. We also enjoyed the quick drive (or walk) down to the beach. Benton and David were very communicative and checked in to make sure we were having a good time, and made known that they were available if needed. Overall, wonderful place to stay and a true highlight of our trip!

The place itself is fantastic, boasting an amazing view and a great house without hesitation; all the areas are superb! The Host Marie is friendly and collaborative! Great airbnb!

Casa Bosque checked every box on my list for being the perfect family getaway. Not only was the description spot on but it exceeded our expectations! Our hosts Forest and Andrea were exceptionally helpful and responsive to ensure we had the very best vacation; so much that we extended our stay! We felt very safe and secure and had the feel of a private retreat. The home itself is beautiful, along with the grounds, thanks to groundskeeper Arlen! Beachfront access is exactly as described and fluctuates with the tides. If you are in search of beauty, tranquility, a little bit of adventure, away from crowds and a great local vibe, Casa Bosque will not disappoint! We will be back!!

Once you get the directions on Waze it’s easy to find. Place was clean, nice pool . It’s up the street from Java House and Che Sirloin ( incredible steaks).

We had a great time , the house is beautiful , the location super private , our kids had a great time. The house is well equipped , we had everything we needed to have an amazing time . Recommended! Thanks Claire !

This Condo was really great value. The pictures are accurate and the patio and its view are legit. Ilya was super responsive, kind, and helpful. Ilya makes sure the condo has all the amenities you would hope for (kitchen stuff, salt/pepper, beach towels/chairs, cooler, repellent, etc.). The condo is in a gated community manned 24/7, but you really don't need that in Coco, but it provides some peace of mind. It is semi walk-able. It is about 1/2 km to some nice restaurant/coffee shops and 1 km to the main road in town. You have to want to walk it as there is elevation getting back to the condo. So good exercise, or just a 3-5 min car ride to town. I had no issues parking but it was low season. Overall, this is a really great value and as advertised. It would work well for a single, a couple, or a couple with small children, but he 2nd room and shared shower could get small for more people than that.

I was happy to stay at Lis's place and enjoyed the setting and pool very much. The location was easy enough to walk to a couple small sodas and the close market. Though the vacation complex has several units it never felt crowded.

Las Catalinas is beautiful, convenient and relaxing I love the freedom to be able to choose, If u in relax mode and be away of the crowds just stay there enjoying beach club- pool and Danta beach and you have everything conveniently or if you are in adventure mode just drive 15 to 20 minutes to Flamingo to do all activities and visiting surroundings I and my family loved and highly recommended

The listing matched the images. The kitchen is super well equipped with everything you will need. For us, it was super nice, as there were very few to no other guests due to the low season and we had the entire facility partly for and alone. It is very quiet and in the morning you can even hear the howler monkeys. Communication before and during the stay was also great. You responded quickly. The only downside, which can't be influenced - due to the lots of greenery in the complex and the rainy season, the mosquitoes felt particularly comfortable, which affected the stay on the terrace a bit.

Spacious apartment in a quieter area just outside the center, safe property with extra entrance gate and guard, recurring cleaning of the complex (pool), recommended for families and for a longer stay, very good communication with the host

It is a quiet place out of the bustling of the restaurants and bars, still quite accessible. The place is small and cozy. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the beach chairs and beach towels were very helpful that are available. Stephanie always responds quickly and with helpful information. Thank you for your hospitality, we look forward to coming back soon!

Very quiet and provides all amenities. We spent a few very quiet days of rest. I loved the truth.

I've stayed at Audra's and Chad's place once before, and just like I did then, I had a great experience. Condo: had everything we needed for our stay. They even had additional things like coolers and beach chairs, very nice beach towels. Great amenities. I know they are working on renovating the condo, but it was very comfortable and we loved the balcony with great furniture. Host: excellent communication, punctual, available for whatever question we had. They were flexible and accommodating. They are great hosts. Location: the best location you can have in Tamarindo. This is why we love the condo, walking distance to everything, once you park your car unless you are going out of Tamarindo you won't need it. Overall experience: excellent, comfortable and good price. We'll be coming back soon! Thank you for all your help!
