Amazing house and view!

This place was absolutely stunning! Pictures did no justice. Our host was a 10/10 he helped us book every we needed. The amenities in the home were great. Make me feel like I was at home. 10/10!

We had a lovely trip to Playa Flamingo and the house was as described and in photos. It is Not fancy but very functional and with a lovely view and a nice pool.There were a few small land crabs that would come in the house but otherwise it was pretty free of bugs; there were hardly any mosquitoes. We were visited by some iguanas and there are a few raccoons that like to visit the pool at night and leave little gifts on the patio and in the pool, but its Costa Rica... The pool and the balcony upstairs both had lovely breezes and were great for sitting out in the early mornings and evenings. No better place for a sunset than the upstairs. Not that we were around much in the evenings - the beach is wonderful and so closely so we were mostly out there. It was a lovely week and we very much enjoyed the home.

We absolutely loved the very spacious, well appointed 500 Sunset Heights condo. It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more for our 10 night stay. Given the host (Special Places rental management company) is located in the same building and open 7 days a week, they were completely accessible for our few questions. Overall, communication with them was wonderful. Coffee on the expansion balcony in the morning and a glass of wine at night overlooking the marina and bay and beautiful vistas was fantastic. Great pool area and walking to restaurants and Flamingo Beach everyday was a highlight. While the condo is located up a hill, we enjoyed the little fitness it provided a couple of times a day. We took a taxi to Las Catalina’s for a day trip and did a Catamaran excursion on the Tom Cat ll. Highly recommend both. Overall this condo and location is highly recommended and we would definitely go back.

A 10/10. It has what it takes to spend your comfortable and quiet stay with your family. As described, my children enjoyed a lot. I would come back without hesitation. They respond and help you solve your questions almost immediately.

We liked the place a lot and the location allowed us to visit quite a few very nice places. The communication with Special Place´s was very good.

We rarely give a 5 star to anything, but that place was amazingly perfect. More than clean, quality appliances and sheets/towels, responsive for any questions. Beach club a little expensive but I prefer to pay a little more and be pampered. The food at ALL the restaurants on site was fabulous. I would recommend to anyone that is picky. Really amazed by our stay.

We always like to stay in Pacifico when we come to Coco. Highly recommend for a more upscale, luxurious stay. We'll be back!

I been 3 years consecutive at this place, I love it

Large apartment, cozy, huge pool.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath was the perfect accommodations for me and my kids! The view off the patio was beautiful and the resort amenities were great to include the pool and beach supplies! It is about a 10 minutes drive to from the condo to the resort pool/beach access, but as long as you know this going in and plan accordingly, it's a fun and beautiful drive.

Nice, clean place. Good communication/service from the host. Check-out time could be a little later; 10 am is early.

This place is really well equipped, spacious and has a great pool! Close to the center, and shopping centers... completely walkable! I would love to come back in the future!

A great location, close to downtown, the beach, supermarkets 500mts away, the cleanliness of the spot, has everything you need for a perfect stay, the amazing kitchen area, comfortable beds, sofa bed in perfect condition like one more bed, the common areas excellent the pool, the host always attentive responding almost immediately. Super recommended. Thanks to the hosts. Recommendation to check the tax collection, as the Ticos are being charged, and the bank is also being charged.
