The house was great, beds were ok, I would highly recommend a golf cart and the bar up the street! The beach is close and the pool was swell! Only 1 pot and it’s huge. Kitchen supplies could use some work. Thankful she helped us find transportation to the airport!

If you are looking for a relaxing stay in Costa Rica, with plenty of space- this it it! We were a family of 3 but this home could easily accommodate a few more. We woke up every morning to the peaceful sound of birds in the trees. We would make our coffee and take it to the upstair balcony and enjoy the birds, one day we even saw a monkey swinging through the trees. It was very peaceful and quiet. There was a housekeeper everyday, who kept the home spotless (changed linens and towels, tidied up and even cut our fruit for us). The beach is walking distance and if you enjoy walking there are several paths surrounding the property to get in your daily steps. The pool is across from the villa, but when we went it had not been cleaned, so we chose to use the pool at the JW Marriott next door, which is beautiful and also has several restaurants. There was another pool on the property and they did clean the pool on our last day, but we preferred the Marriott. Overall I highly reccommend!

Nice building in a great location with a nice pool area, quiet and just away from the city centre. Furnishings in the unit are a bit dated and blinds are see through so when the sun is up, so are you. Some great restaurants within a 2 minute walk as well.

Our 3 bedroom condo in the Peninsula Resort was a lovely place to spend Thanksgiving break with our college daughters and my 80 year old parents. The kitchen was really well-appointed, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, the rooftop view was terrific for sunsets, the pool was perfect for swimming laps and cooling off, the gate staff was friendly and helpful, the beach was a short walk away and the iguanas in the trees were fun to watch. It was hard to leave and go home to winter.

Place was brand new, the view of the marina and mountains was gorgeous. Very spacious with a nice balcony.

Great Condo, security at the front makes you feel very safe always walking around the property. Amenities are great and is near several restaurants and shops! They give you some great options in a detailed binder about the house and area! Raquel was so sweet and gave us a tour of the condo upon our arrival! PS. The recommendation of the new sports bar “ The Wave” Raquel gave us was amazing! Cocktails were prepared with great flavor!! I recommend if you like a little spice try the Chileguaro shots! Our server Alejandro was awesome there! It’s about 15 minutes away

I loved my stay at this place. Its proximity to the beach and the commercial area of Tamarindo makes it a very convenient option. The hostess was incredibly kind and attentive, which made my experience even better. For the price they offer, it’s an excellent value. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place near the center and great communication with host

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Condo's....Highly recommend! #1. The Condo: Very Clean; Kitchen had everything we needed. (only used for breakfast); Comfortable- really enjoyed the patio (on the first floor, so some traffic walking by, but there were plants around the patio to provide some privacy)...The only negative at all, was the bed in the primary bedroom was very squeaky. (maybe the bed frame?) #2. Perfect Location: quiet neighborhood, walkable to downtown, across the street from the Langosta Beach Club #3. Langosta Beach Club: directly across the street: with lounge chairs at pool or on the beach; bar and restaurant with good food/drinks (loved the Cucumber Gin Fizz and the Pineapple Guacamole); gym and yoga studio (can schedule for an hour, as only 6 can be in the gym at a time- no problem getting in) #4. Concierge: Rafa was very responsive and helpful during our stay. A pleasure to meet. #5. Security Personnel: there around the clock and very friendly and helpful.

MMP Properties’ place was the perfect spot for our destination wedding! The location was unbeatable, just a stone’s throw away from the ceremony. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. Laura was an exceptional co-host. When we realized there was a misunderstanding about the jacuzzi, she went above and beyond by offering us access to a private beach club. This unexpected perk made our stay even more special. We highly recommend MMP Properties’ place for anyone visiting Tamarindo. We can’t wait to stay here again! Cheers!

Loved staying here! Patrick was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was great being walking distance to everything (beach, grocery stores, and restaurants). The apartment looked just like the pictures, was very clean, and comfortable. The access to so many pools was also great. Definitely recommend.

Awesome location, responsive host, we really enjoyed our stay! The pools and Pina Shack on property offered great options, there were restaurants and supermarkets close by, and the beach club made for an awesome afternoon. Great value!

The condo is in a great location, the neighbours are friendly, and it's well-appointed with everything you need. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The town of Coco has no shortage of great restaurants and the +/- 15 minute walk to the main strip is easy - just enough distance that the area surrounding the condo is very peaceful and feels safe. Wifi is strong enough for streaming and remote working. It lacks an outdoor seating area dedicated to the unit, but there are places to use in the communal area by the pool. We stayed for 3 weeks and were very comfortable - would stay again.

My stay at Casa Boomerang was fantastic! My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time. It was incredibly refreshing to return after a full day of activities and be welcomed by such a relaxing environment. The check-in and check-out process was seamless.

Casa Nido was the perfect escape for our family! From the moment we walked in, we felt immersed in a beautiful blend of nature and luxury. The huge windows overlooking the pool area were a stunning feature, bringing the outdoors in and creating such a relaxing atmosphere. We loved the spacious layout — each bedroom felt private and comfortable, especially with the terraces and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor grill and lounge area by the pool quickly became our favorite spot to hang out. We spent so many afternoons enjoying the sun, watching the wildlife around us, and listening to the sounds of the jungle. The location in PACIFICO was ideal, giving us a quiet retreat while still being close enough to the restaurants and shops of Playas del Coco. It truly felt like our own little tropical oasis. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Great location. Family of howler monkeys there 24/7 during our stay. Recommend renting golf cart to get to beach club.

This was the most absolutely stunning most beautiful stay. Everything about the places we perfect. We loved how private yet together the three rooms were. We loved the beach club and used it everyday with the most beautiful beach access and pool and beach chairs/towels and paddle boarding as well. Everything was so peaceful, clean, and perfect. We’ve stayed a lot of Airbnb’s around the world, this is by far the best. Everything about it is worth it. We couldn’t recommend more and hope to come back one night.

The place has a very good location, both to stay in Ocotal and to go to nearby beaches. The house is super comfortable and well equipped. Super recommended.

Loved our stay here! The beach club amenities were so nice to have and the location was great distance from a lot of things to do. Elvir was great and very helpful. We had a group of 7 and the house was very spacious and a nice design. Construction noise was loud, but we just went to the beach club pool instead. Beautiful house!! Loved Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

Staying at this place was one of my highlights of my trip. The views were breathtaking! The house was clean, very roomy, and the pool/hot tub was the best part. The property manager arranged private transportation for us to and from the airport making transportation seamless. Host communication was great and checked in on us if we needed anything. Dont consider walking the area unless you want a great workout lol lots of hills. No bugs were in the home and we felt very safe. Definitely would stay here again!
