Amazing Experience at Casa Terreza! Casa Terreza is a new and luxury house with an excellent location close to many beaches, perfect for enjoying, surfing and snorkeling. The house is very comfortable, with air conditioning in every bedroom and in the living room, which is a great plus. Everything is luxurious, and the jacuzzi, surrounded by tropical plants, is phenomenal and truly relaxing. One of the best places to share with family is the terrace, overlooking the mountains. It's very cute and comfortable, perfect for a good conversation or an outdoor meal. We had more time and we wanted to stay longer, but we will definitely enjoy Casa Terreza again. Super recommended!

Great location with plenty of space. Because it was shoulder season we spent a little more time in the house and used the kitchen more than we thought. Which was excellent! Grocery stores are reasonable and there is one in the neighborhood. However it is open limited hours in the "green season"...Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing deal and service! Holly was so kind and responsive, and the place was exactly as described. Can literally walk across the street and across a small field to the beach, food and amenities are walkable, and Holly does an amazing job keeping the place in tip top shape. A MUST STAY for a beachfront getaway!

The place is excellent. Lots of animal watching, great amenities. Some neat restaurants and facilities nearby including a farmer's market, 40 minutes to Tamarindo. The big issue is that roads in the area are ROUGH. If you don't have a 4x4, I don't see how you can get around. If you have experience on such roads, then you may be more comfortable. We had one & still it limited our ease with coming & going from the property. The area nearby is in the throes of being developed, but be forewarned. This is not the fault of the owners, but we wish we knew about this ahead of time.

10/10 would recommend! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent. The outdoor patio was great for breakfast and using the hot tub at night. Diego was friendly and provided clear instructions to find the place. If you are driving from Liberia, I recommend going the route that skips Las Catalinas, as there is construction and windy/bumpy roads.

This was the most absolutely stunning most beautiful stay. Everything about the places we perfect. We loved how private yet together the three rooms were. We loved the beach club and used it everyday with the most beautiful beach access and pool and beach chairs/towels and paddle boarding as well. Everything was so peaceful, clean, and perfect. We’ve stayed a lot of Airbnb’s around the world, this is by far the best. Everything about it is worth it. We couldn’t recommend more and hope to come back one night.

Our family of 7 had a beautiful stay at Casa Sunset! Lilliana helped coordinate surf lessons, private chef, emergency dentist appointment, and rides to local areas. She certainly made the trip better! We loved the waterfall waterslide pool! The kids spent the days in the pool or playing basketball in the driveway. I highly recommend renting the golf cart as the hotel, beach club, market, and golf course are a bit too far for walking. We had the best Thanksgiving Holiday! I highly recommend.

We had a lovely Christmas week in this house. Thank you Chiara for the welcome. I enjoyed the very well-equipped kitchen! It had everything we needed, just like at home! Thanks again. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay at Ingrid's house was very good, the house is well equipped, very comfortable, also very clean, it is very close to the beach and the center of El Coco so we had access to a variety of supermarkets and restaurants. We would like to come back to stay with Ingrid, 100% recommended.

I might have cried a little leaving this slice of heaven. Place was perfect, bedrooms spacious. Loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom Cassie and Rob were responsive with any questions and helped us set up transportation to and from the airport. Little grocery store on the corner, pizza place at the end of the block was the best! Best resource was Marcella at waterman’s sport. Walkable to the beach and town. We did rent a golf cart for the family. But town and beach was easily accessible. We will 100% be back!

Highly recommend! The photos and description match the property perfectly. Everything is new, very clean and has a minimalist feel which is nice. The space was great, wide open and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The deck is where we spent most of our time in the pool/hot tub were used frequently. The view was amazing. Highly recommend renting the golf cart as it was super helpful in getting to town for groceries, restaurants, etc. Finally, I cant say enough about Todd and Marcos communication. Timely is an understatement. From communication before we arrived, to anything we needed throughout our stay, they were both very communicative and helpful. Excellent stay and hope to visit again!

Logan and his wife were amazing hosts at this beautiful, tranquil spot in Junquillal. Very clean rooms and amenities. They went as far as giving us some spare baby diapers when we ran out! Very kind, personable people. We will most definitely be back next year. We look forward to more conversations with the two of them.

Great spot with great views! Very roomy / spacious place with amazing views and a nice pool. Only issue we encountered was previously mentioned by other guests: master shower needs attention. Lack of shower door seal at bottom gets water all over the floor.

The unit, the gated community, the pool and the location (near the beach) are all fantastic.

Villa 4 was clean, quiet & safe. All new small kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, and bed linens. Everything you need is there. Villa Sol complex is older, and needs some updates, but the staff is warm & friendly. The shuttle around the property is great, tho sometimes you need to wait a few minutes till they arrive, but it’s all Pura Vida. The beach area is shared with Condovac complex and needs improvements with clean up & new lounge chairs. Several restaurants on the beach such as Casita de Marisco, Roberto’s, & Aquasport had great food & drinks. Enjoyed the new Tilatacos for awesome street tacos which is on the property by the entrance to the beach. The Olan Spa was also fabulous for a mani/pedi, body exfoliation, facial & full body massage special. We enjoyed our 8 day stay.

If your looking for a nice place to experience Costa Rica this is the place too choose the location is safe and Paul has been the best host we ever had. You won’t be disappointed

The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in. This was a great find, especially for the price!

Great lodging here. The treehouse is charming and full of character. The surroundings are filled with nature and beautiful animals (including the separate and well-attended doggie rescue). This was a very pleasant retreat and I would return there if I was back in that side of Guanacaste. Also, the beaches are close from a driving perspective.
