Our stay at the Hill Hurst home fit our needs very well! Perfect location; close to our niece's wedding venue and other family visiting members. Andrew's recommendations to restaurants, fun activities were well received. Location was close to shopping areas for groceries and necessary items. Plenty of household space, beds for family members and parking area for our 3 vehicles. We were able to enjoy time as a family in a nice "home setting" instead of in separate hotel rooms. Overall, we had a fun, stress free weekend. THANK YOU, Andrew, for sharing the history of your family home as well as the house!

My husband and I felt safe and comfortable in this home. We slept very well and felt at home. The location was very convenient to our family we visited during Thanksgiving. The kitchen was easy to use and allowed us to prepare dishes for that day. We will certainly plan to return to this house whenever possible.

Girls 6th annual Christmas get together. Found this charming house right in downtown area. So close to everything and it accommodated the 5 of us perfectly. We will definitely book here again.

Kelly’s house is so beautiful and also very comfortable, especially for a large group. The location is excellent for walks and local restaurants and shops nearby in East Davenport. We even got to enjoy a Christmas festival in East Davenport. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here multiple times when we come up and visit family. Everything is great and easy. Sara the host makes everything simple. We would highly recommend this location for your stay. Home away from home.

We enjoyed staying at Casey’s condo. It was clean, new, spacious and very nicely appointed! We were in town for our great niece’s high school graduation party and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us, plus our 2 dogs and also for a family gathering Saturday evening. Good neighborhood in which to walk the pups. We had a problem with internet service being out, but we texted Casey and she responded right away and came up with a solution. The unit is on upper level, but no stairs within the condo once you enter the living space. Also, the staircase is wide with good handrails. 2 elderly people in our family gathering had some difficulty with the climb, but were able to come up. Very nice place and we would stay here again on our next visit to Bettendorf.

What a great last minute find for a quick stay in Rock Island. Katie's apartment was great - and just as pictured. Very clean, modern and well maintained with everything you need. Katie was very responsive and was able to provide lots of info and answers to any questions I may have had! staying in Rock Island again- will definitely stay in her homey rental again!!!

The Lone Star Loft is absolutely incredible! It is beautifully decorated and is the cleanest place we've stayed over many, many years of booking VRBO and Airbnb properties. We have taken annual mini-vacations to Le Claire since 2017 and the location of the Lone Star Loft is perfect for the places we love to visit, including the Mississippi River Distilling Company. The garage parking spot was icing on the cake. We will definitely be back to the Lone Star Loft or one of Sheila's other Le Claire properties!

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

A great space for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable. The gathering space was good for playing games and enjoying the Olympics on TV. The location was perfect for our weekend plans and the amenities were just as we needed. We would book again .

I really loved my stay here! The guest suite was so clean when I arrived and there were little goodies in the room that made my stay even better! I also really appreciated the welcome booklet which offered some recommendations for what to do in the area. The free breakfast and other amenities were very convenient as was the in-unit laundry. It was also nice having a smart tv in the room to connect to my own streaming. The host was so kind, as were all the other residents. Check in was also very easy. I definitely recommend staying here whether it be short term or for months!
