We have stayed here multiple times when we come up and visit family. Everything is great and easy. Sara the host makes everything simple. We would highly recommend this location for your stay. Home away from home.

We enjoyed staying at Casey’s condo. It was clean, new, spacious and very nicely appointed! We were in town for our great niece’s high school graduation party and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us, plus our 2 dogs and also for a family gathering Saturday evening. Good neighborhood in which to walk the pups. We had a problem with internet service being out, but we texted Casey and she responded right away and came up with a solution. The unit is on upper level, but no stairs within the condo once you enter the living space. Also, the staircase is wide with good handrails. 2 elderly people in our family gathering had some difficulty with the climb, but were able to come up. Very nice place and we would stay here again on our next visit to Bettendorf.

I greatly enjoyed my 9-day stay, this was my first solo Airbnb experience and I will certainly reconsider booking them again. The studio was much larger than the pictures gave credit for, the inside was decorated minimally but with the essentials (ironing board, vacuum, patio, heat, desk and writing utensils. The hosts were incredibly responsive and assisted me with all my needs. I fell in-love with this studio, I wish it were my own!

We were very pleased to rent this property and it was just what we needed. After checking in there was no coffee maker in the kitchen so I contacted Casey and someone brought over a brand new coffee maker. The condo was brand new, clean and nicely decorated. Great location.

Thanks Shelly for a great stay! My partner and I plus my sister and her partner needed a place to stay in the QC while visiting family for the weekend. Shelly's space was perfect for this—we wanted to do a little cooking while we were there and the kitchen was well equipped and the dinning room was comfy. We could definitely hear a little traffic noise at night from our bedroom, but the space was cozy and had what we needed. Shelly even let us check in a little early, which was super helpful. Would likely stay here again for a future trip! Thank you!

Great little olace. Great matress. Well worth the money

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights in July and loved the setup. The condo is brand new with comfortable furnishings, is roomy and clean, and only minutes from shops, a grocery store, and nice restaurants. Tracy was always responsive, and while she couldn't extend our stay since she already had another booking, she worked with us to give us a later check out when our plans suddenly changed. We were a bit surprised to find that the condo was right behind I-80, but the insulation was excellent and we couldn't hear the highway from inside. The neighborhood is also brand new and we felt extremely safe walking and jogging in the area. 5-stars, we would definitely stay there again

the unit is absolutely beautiful and perfectly suited for a visit. Word to the wise though, there is not much in downtown. Wouldn't have been a problem but my luggage didn't make it until the next day which apparently happens a lot at Quad Cities according to everyone I talked to. Had to tip my Uber driver extra to stop at a gas station for toothbrush and toothpaste. Public transport and ride-sharing​ are pretty sparse as well so rent a car ahead of time if you need to get around. Hosts responded immediately. Super easy access with hosts clear instructions. recommend breakfast at the QC Coffee & Pancakes about a block away for a good breakfast after a rough flight.

Very cozy and clean! Parking is on the road so was a little nervous about that but overall a great stay! Will definitely use again next time we travel to Iowa!

We had a great time in Moline. We were in town for a collegiate cross country meet hosted by Augustana and Joe's place was convenient for us. His directions were spot on for navigating the one-way streets on the way in. The history of the building was interesting and we appreciated the effort to maintain the historic charm of the unit. We also visited the John Deere Pavilion and walked along the Mississippi River. If we're ever in the Quad Cities we will consider staying at this location again.

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.
