Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

Peaceful and quiet home in Northwest Davenport has all the necessities for your stay. Not far from I-80, this is one half of a duplex unit. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Guests have access to the entire unit along with a large fenced in back yard. Garage access may be shared due to lawn equipment being stored there. ** Please note there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main level. My wife and I made a last minute trip to the QCs and thankfully found Lisa and Jon’s home. They were very accommodating in getting it cleaned and turned around for our check in date. The home is all new inside - new floors, carpeting, paint, and appliances. It was very comfortable for us. The home can easily have many more than 2 people. There were 4 beds and a sleeper sofa. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, which had nice seating. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and very close to a bike/walking path. We recommend!

What a great house in Davenport. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is exactly as described and was very clean. It is very convenient to everything in Davenport and the surrounding area. You are two minutes from the highway but tucked away. The yard was perfect for our dogs and secure. We would 100% stay again if coming through the area.
