Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood that was the perfect location to explore downtown Saint Augustine and its beautiful beaches. We appreciated the comfortable bedding, throw blankets in every room, well-equipped kitchen and family friendly set-up. The beach chairs and wagon were also a huge plus for our family.

We had a wonderful stay at Annette‘s place. The property is tastefully decorated, serene, and extra clean! The home was stocked with everything we needed from coffee to utensils to dishes, etc. We lacked for nothing during our stay at this property. The backyard was private and a little oasis for a rest after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this place for a getaway at Ormond Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast! Close to everything you’d want to see, so short drive times to everything we did. End unit so a little more private than the other condos in the community. Easy walk straight from condo to beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfortable home. It is in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk over the bridge into town. Beaches are a short drive away. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and walking through the neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay at Zak’s place and would absolutely give it 5 stars! The location was unbeatable super walkable to everything we wanted to do, which made exploring the area so easy and convenient. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was such a treat and the perfect way to relax after a long day. Zak was incredibly friendly and available throughout our entire stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond. You can tell he really cares about creating a great experience for his guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

This home and property is absolutely spectacular. The home is beautiful and the lake on the property is breathtaking and peaceful. This place is a 10 out of 10 if you are looking for a peaceful and gorgeous getaway with friends or family and very close to downtown St. Augustine.

Ten stars needed!! After lots of research and searching Brittany’s house stuck out to us due to the amenities and the weather at the time in Palm Coast. We were hesitant at first because we saw a review from February with one star where the renter had made comments about the condition of the house. I am not sure if this person was from wealth and lived in a five-star condominium But to me and my family house was phenomenal. From the moment we contacted the owner about the past review to when we walked in and smelled clean and welcoming. The air was set at a comfortable temperature and everything looked great. Like I said the house even smelled clean. Everything listed and more were included in the house. We loved the coffee maker and the fact everything was so well Stocked. Fresh coffee and condiments. The water was filtered and softened. Extra towels and bedding, soap&shampoo washcloths &to much to mention. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend you stay here if possib

Great place! The pool was the perfect temp and so relaxing. Everything was nice and clean! Tomasz and Julia were very responsive. Quite neighborhood! Cant wait to come back and visit again next year!
