Villa vacation rentals in St. Johns County

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

First, Kevin was a fantastic host. Professional, accommodating but also very friendly and helpful. In fact, he went above and beyond to ensure my travels went smoothly and we were comfortable. The condo was immaculate, very close to all the destinations we were traveling to and also comfortable. Spacious and exsctly what we needed. A massive thank you to Kevin.

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood that was the perfect location to explore downtown Saint Augustine and its beautiful beaches. We appreciated the comfortable bedding, throw blankets in every room, well-equipped kitchen and family friendly set-up. The beach chairs and wagon were also a huge plus for our family.

We had a blast! Close to everything you’d want to see, so short drive times to everything we did. End unit so a little more private than the other condos in the community. Easy walk straight from condo to beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfortable home. It is in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk over the bridge into town. Beaches are a short drive away. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and walking through the neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay at Zak’s place and would absolutely give it 5 stars! The location was unbeatable super walkable to everything we wanted to do, which made exploring the area so easy and convenient. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was such a treat and the perfect way to relax after a long day. Zak was incredibly friendly and available throughout our entire stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond. You can tell he really cares about creating a great experience for his guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This is definitely a great place to stay. Plenty of things to do between the pool, the pool table, the ping pong table and tvs in almost every room. Wish it was a little cleaner, lots of dust and a few stains on the walls. But other than that David was a great host, very responsive and easy going. Overall great stay.
