Lovely stay for our family of 5. Beautiful views, clean spacious apartment and great base for exploring Cornwall. Host was always responsive and sorted out any issues straight away. Thanks for the lovely Cornish treats when we arrived ;-)

The property was very beautiful and clean. We had a child with us and the baby chair in the kitchen is very thoughtful. Lana and her daughter was very easy to get hold of. The experience was remarkable. Definitely recommended!

Had a wonderful week stay at the beach house home away from home. The beach house had everything we needed for 4 adults a toddler and dog. Beautiful house located in a wonderful place literally a 5 min walk to beach shops and restaurants. Check in and out was extremely easy and Vicky responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back again!

What a wonderful place to wind down. The house had a beautiful calm vibe, was welcoming, warm, spotlessly clean and well thought out. The garden was dog secure and we could see the sea in the distance - a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning cuppa underneath a cosy blanket (privided). Everything we needed was there plus many thoughtful touches besides. The beds were super comfortable, good quality linen and great showers. Sophie was on hand if we needed anything and communication was easy. St Agnes itself was lovely and we spent our days walking straight from the house to join the coast path. Beautiful beaches nearby. Family and dogs had a wonderful visit.

Had a brilliant stay at Ben's place! Really lovely house with everything you could want (and more!), it really does have a luxary feel as others have said. Location is perfect, nicely quiet and out the way but a very quick walk into the main areas of Newquay and the beaches, which is perfect.

We had the best few days at Lis’s . Lovely place to stay. Beautiful views from the window. Lis was there to answer any questions and was very helpful . We had a lovely meal at the pub and were lucky enough to see the Christmas Lights being turned on in Mousehole. Magical.

We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

My second time at staying at this wonderful apartment. Again I wasn't disappointed, felt like a home from home. The apartment had everything I need for my stay, super soft bed, large bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. Will try to stay Again the next time I'm in St Ives.

Just got back from the most perfect stay at emerald seas. The apartment had everything listed and much more, Elaine has thought of everything. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is in a prime spot to walk into st Ives, the apartment was also a great base to travel to kynance cove, lands end, mutton cove to sea the seals. We cannot wait to come and stay again. Thanks you Elaine for great communication.

Lovely stay, was a little bit smaller than we had thought from the pictures but very cosy with a lovely view. Close (10 minutes walk) all sorts of local shops and restaurants, well equipped, and would stay again!

Fran’s place was the perfect home base for a weekend in Newquay. The space is clean and comfortable, and you can see the ocean from the upper balcony. Highly recommend as it’s close to town but not in the busy center, and there are many amenities close by.

We loved our stay at Mitch’s! It really is a great location, near both the beach and the town! Mitch was welcoming, helpful and informative- a perfect host! We would not hesitate in coming back!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment featured lovely big bedrooms and nice bathrooms, providing both space and comfort. The open-plan living space was perfect for our family dinners, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. The location couldn’t have been better – just across the road from a beautiful beach that offers great coffee and meals. We especially appreciated that dogs are allowed on Tolcarne Beach from 1st October to 1st May, making it a perfect trip for the whole family, furry members included. The convenience of two undercover car parks with easy access to the apartment made things stress-free. Plus, the underfloor heating was a luxurious treat, especially on cooler days. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Little Conch and it was a perfect stay again. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and was very helpful to have cooking oil, spices, cling film etc provided as well as washing up liquid, washing and dish washer tablets. It was a real treat to have the dish washer and very handy to have the washing machine for a 3 day stay having been out on muddy coastal walks. The beds were very comfortable and extra throws provided if needed on colder nights. The local pub was a two minute walk away, served delicious food, which we took advantage of on our last night as it was my son’s birthday. Being so close to the beach and coastal walks was ideal for my son and I and we completed our coastal walks of Cornwall yesterday. Would highly recommend to future guests and would stay. The swingbridge flat is a gorgeous place. It is has the perfect mix of an antique and modern aesthetic. I would. certainly recommend to anyone visiting

Very clean and quiet, and you can find any daily necessities you might need. An excellent experience!!!

Lovely stay during the colder months of the year, but still so beautiful! Such an amazing apartment with all our needs and with a gorgeous view of the sea. Would definitely come back again, next time in the summer!

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))
