Situated on the edge of Truro this 1 bed loft apartment is within a barn conversion complex, it is an open plan room above one of the detached outbuildings. Off street parking available. Within the grounds, a spring flows down to the valley and dogs can be exercised in the owners' fields. Truro is just a short 10 minute drive away and the loft is centrally located to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is excellently located for the hospital.

We do accommodate dogs at an additional charge of £25 per dog payable on arrival please.

we spent three days at the Storm Barn and I did not want to leave. The location is fabulous and the village is complete with a book exchange in the old bus stop. There is a great restaurant right on the beach and Wax bar down in Watergate Bay is fantastic. Can't wait to come back xx

Wow! We both agree this is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The view from the big wide sliding door Juliette balcony and the terrace is to die for! The studio apartment is large, fully equipped, a large walk in shower and the bed simply massive. Stylishly decorated in refreshing navy and white, we felt so relaxed and free and with the view we could forget our crazy life in the fast lane! We slept with the sliding door open so that we could enjoy the sounds of the sea and we also got to use the wood burner a couple of evenings…the space was plenty warm enough despite the slight nip in the air outside but we just fancied chilling in front of the fire so why not! Lizzie and Nigel are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, which we loved, but if you just want to be left to your own devices they’ll respect your space too. Thank you Lizzie and Nigel for all you did for us and being the best hosts!!! We’ve told our friends, so we may have competition when trying to book to return!!

This is a fantastic choice to explore Cornwall from! It’s a beautiful place that is immaculately decorated and very comfortable. To top it all off, Laura is super friendly (she even got us croissants from a local bakery our first morning there) and accommodating and provides great local recommendations for activities and restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re looking to use Penzance as your jumping off point for visiting Cornwall.

We stayed at the Hayloft for a long w.end It was absolutely fab , so cosy and snug. Easy to get to, just perfect for the 2 of us . The Hayloft was immaculate and beautiful in decor, all that you needed for a short break was in that gorgeous space ! The Hayloft is ideally located …Port Issac is a stones throw away, then hop over to Daymer . Feeling more adventurous ..cross over the bridge at Wadebridge over to Padstow, and follow the coast along from there if you fancy it ! Jo was a perfect host in every way … attentive and thoughtful. Communication was excellent and you were made to feel most welcome . Thank you Jo .. it was perfect !

Clean and comfortable but what really stands out is the location. Waking up and watching the harbour while sitting up in bed is really special. And as always, fantastic walking in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. Best out of season though!
