Charming 2 bedroom wooden cabin with large patio.

KatieRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Couldn't rate Guy's house high enough. We totally loved it. It was a real home from home. It felt like a very loved home instead of just a place to stay in. We loved the woodburner (chilly nights). And the light - its a incredibly light house and built high up - so nothing in front of house except sky. Extremely well equipped, there was nothing we needed. Wonderful books to read about local history, seaweed collecting and loads of maps (which we love!).

Luxury 3 Bedroom Waterside Property with Slipway

JoshuaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Great views. Peaceful location. Great to be on the waters edge watching the tide flow - lots of wildlife to spot including Kingfishers. Lovely welcome hamper which was filled with such lovely local produce. Great showers. Good heating. Thought of most things, cutlery, glassware, cocktail stuff, nice dining table. There is a ferry that operates nearby that can get you to Falmouth. You can paddle to Falmouth too but we ventured only as far as Trelissick. The host provides a kayak and a paddleboard if you fancy it! The Heron Inn is a good pub. We ate there once and it’s a very short walk away. The cafe too, at the pier, provides really good coffee and pastries as well as some household goods to keep you going.
An outdoor seating area features a modern, light-colored sectional sofa positioned on a slate patio. Glass railings provide unobstructed views of the beach and sea in the distance, while green foliage enhances the tranquil setting.

Family home w/ sea views and superb beach access!

BonnieRating, 5 stars7 months ago
My family and myself had a wonderful stay at Leeanne's place in Downderry, a charming beach town in the south-west coast of Cornwall. Maria, the family's housekeeper, was our main point of contact. Her hospitality and warmth made us feel right at home. She checked on us via email every few days and popped in midweek to notify us about the upcoming trash day. The house was pristinely kept and spacious enough for our crowd of 5 adults and 3 children. It was well equipped with everything from kitchen appliances to bathroom amenities. The sliding glass doors lining the house offered spectacular views of the ocean. The beach was right down the street, about a minute walk. Leanne provided beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and even kayaks and paddle boards. The hot tub was a major crowd pleaser for the kids and adults alike, especially after the occasional breezy day by the beach. The kids also loved the well stocked children's library and board games. We greatly enjoyed our stay here!
The image captures a panoramic view of the vibrant turquoise waters of Mounts Bay, dotted with gentle waves. In the distance, St Michael’s Mount rises majestically from the sea, surrounded by a serene landscape under a partly cloudy sky.

We had an amazing stay. One of the best airbnbs we've ever stayed in. The images on the lisiting didn't do it justice, it's amazing. We would absolutely love to stay again. Great communication ama very comfortable. The view from the living is just breathtakingly amazing. I would never bore of it. Great location, we walked to Mousehole for a day, swam at Jubilee Pool and in Newlyn Green too. Best fish and chips we've had there too. Highly recommend! Brilliant and super friendly hosts.

Seaside cottage 55m fm beach,parkingseaview

DavidRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We stayed for three nights between Xmas and New Years 2024. The cottage is very cute and a cool place to stay. Its three minutes walk from the beach and perfect for taking the dog for a morning walk. The kitchen had everything we could need and the village has an excellent tapas restaurant and pub both a short walk from the building. We used on road car parking as our car is quite large, the garage opposite would provide parking if needed in the busier months and is easily operated with the key fob provided. Kerry was on hand to help with all our questions, most of which would have been answered if we had read her clear instructions properly! Thanks very much for letting us stay!

We had a fantastic week stay over the Christmas period . We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The barn was absolutely stunning, well decorated and clean and tidy. It was perfectly decorated for our Christmas break with a kind gesture of a card, Prosecco and chocolates left for us, a touch above and beyond and very thoughtful indeed. Thankyou :) shadow the dog Was a pleasure and the children loved throwing the ball and playing fetch . We had everything we could possibly need and wow the feature bath in the upstairs bathroom, lovely!!! This is somewhere we would come back and enjoy time and time again. Hit tub clean and well maintained also. Couldn’t have asked for better. Thankyou again so much .

Herons - a unique waterside cottage in Cornwall

AdamRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay. Herons felt spacious and the location is perfect, with calming views of the creek out of every window. It was an adventure to row across - we arrived at dusk which added an extra frisson! We had a week of sailing and walking. Lots of yomps across the fields to St Mawes for supplies or a pint. I love this area and look forward to returning soon.

Little Acres

KatieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had a lovely few days at Leanne’s cabin. The communication from Leanne was spot on and throughout our stay Leanne was really helpful and responsive. The cabin itself is exactly as described, spotless and very comfy and cosy and equipped with everything you could need. The instructions to find the cabin were very clear and the milk on arrival was very much appreciated. The cabin is a great base to explore this area of Cornwall or to visit students at the university. We had weather of extremes and the cabin kept us warm and toasty while we also got chance to sit outside and catching the last few rays of the day. The cabin is great for furry friends and the garden area safe with a secure attached field. I loved watching the bats play as the sun was setting. This is such a peaceful setting and would highly recommend for a relaxing break. Thank you Leanne

Cabin retreat

SadieRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at the lovely Cabin and its surrounding small orchard. We were able to pitch our Bell tent for extra family next to the cabin which was perfect. Lovely Peaceful location and really well set up. Great supply of wood for the fire. Cabin was cosy and clean. Toilet was fab (best compost loo I’ve used and have used a lot!) Short walk to showers (which were lovely and warm) and a sink we could wash up in on the small campsite on the farm. Kids adored the hammock. Great location on the Lizard. Only thing I can think to mention is that there is no cool box so if wanting to keep food cold best to bring your own, we bought a bag of ice from the local shop to keep things cold in ours. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we stayed at Rachels place, it's such a lovely quiet place to stay. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Rachel is a very attentive host, one day the power went out in a local town and she came to check on us, despite the weather being awful. Rachel is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit. Thank you for having us! We hope to visit again in the future.

Stunning Cabin with private Garden near Newquay

CharlieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Lovely cosy cabin, Abi was really helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. Unfortunately a massive storm cut our trip short but the lovely living space, log burner and spacious bathroom really made the cabin a lovely place to stay. The kitchen and bedroom combo was snug but exactly as described and had everything we needed for a short break for 2. We picked the location for Nancarrow Farm and The Tartan Fox so it was ideally located for us. Would definitely recommend and visit again!
