We had a terrific time. The home is really quite beautiful, with many antiques. It is well stocked and Ruth is very accessible as needed. Ruth was so sweet, she even brought out her china so I could prepare a formal meal with my family and grand children whom we were there to visit.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We had booked a trip to Franklin for a girls weekend and our first set of accommodations fell through at the absolute last minute. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate your quickness to respond to our desperate plea for a place to stay, and then being so kind and easy to work with during our stay. The house was as cute as a button, in a fabulous location, and incredibly clean and comfortable. The house fit our needs perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Thank you again!

We loved the cottage feel and felt so cozy there! Beds were so comfortable and it was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive and had someone come fix the lock mechanism right away. We really appreciated a place where our dog was welcome. The hosts were friendly and so helpful. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. It’s a beautiful area, and we were able to walk to downtown for the festival. We hope to stay here again!

The Red House is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Kroger market close by. The house is close to the airport which is a plus for an early morning flight. It did take us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown but we enjoyed being away from the busy downtown. Terje was always available to answer questions.

I stayed a month while looking for my permanent home. This place was perfect...peaceful, fully furnished, stocked. Dylilah was very responsive from my very first message to her. She was also proactive in sending me the address for a local storm shelter when we had a day of bad weather/tornado watches. The place was very clean and had everything I needed to stay for the month. All appliances are well-maintained and easy to use. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit this area. It's only a short drive to town and to David Crockett State Park. I felt safe and at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area.
