We were so pleasantly surprised by this property - we had 4 adults and 3 young kids for a quick weekend trip in Nashville. The beds were clean, comfortable, the a/c was powerful, and all bedrooms had ceiling fans. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we might need, and then some. Each closet had extra bedding, some toiletries, and so many fun games and toys for both kids and adults. We walked everywhere in Germantown without touching the car or having to use uber for the entire stay. Had we needed to go downtown, this would’ve been a quick and inexpensive Uber ride away. Holly was quick to respond, but we didn’t really need anything because we had everything we might need already in the house. Oh, and the yard was a nice perk, with cornhole and covered seating for enjoying the excellent weather between putting. We hope to be back to this place on our next Nashville trip!

We had a great stay at Kyle’s place. It was secluded and private but not a far drive from the local town and restaurants. We made great use of the beautiful fire pit and were very thankful that Kyle provided firewood for us. Would definitely stay here again

We loved the cottage! The location was fantastic. East Nashville has a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There are also a couple of nearby golf courses and a dog park. Uber is available for when you want to go honky-tonking on Broadway. We would definitely love to stay here again!

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!
