Very comfortable stay in a private residential neighborhood. Close to anything needed. Very well maintained, clean, inviting.

We had a wonderful stay at Flat Rick house. The interiors were beautiful and elevated. We immediately felt at home. The amenities were lovely from the lush towels, to the dish-ware, and bath salts. The area felt safe and was very quiet, a short ride into most anywhere in Nashville. Hosts were responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

The location is fantastic, close to everything (restaurants, shopping, interstate) and the house is comfortable. Gabriela is an excellent host. We will stay here again when we are back in town.

This house was everything we needed for our stay and more. With 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 kids, everyone had their own space and their own bathroom which was a great plus. The furniture was modern, but cozy. The decor was very welcoming and peaceful. The stand out feature was the screened in deck with extra wide porch swing. My mom and I spent our mornings drinking coffee out there watching the sunrise and listening to the birds. The location is private with a good size backyard, but less than 10min from the grocery store and downtown Franklin. Karen was also extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was the perfect location for our stay.

Incredible place in town with the best amenities!

We stayed here while attending a conference in the Smyrna area. This place was better than advertised! Clean, comfortable beds. All of the essentials were provided: body wash, shampoo, soap, and even towels! The outdoor space was great and we really enjoyed having speakers to play music while we were hanging out. We will definitely be staying here again if we're in the area!

Sean was an amazing host - going above and beyond. Got the fireplace going for us and a had a few little very pleasant surprises for us. Able to play audio/radio both inside and outside near the pool which is a unique feature. Scenic location

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

We loved our stay at the Farm house! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We loved the new game room they added! We would stay here again!

The location was down the street from my daughters house and close to restaurants. We felt safe to walk in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet for it being close to a busy road. The house had everything you could need. Plenty of linens and towels. The house was clean. The furniture was not very comfortable but the beds were. We were there only at night time anyway. Deidre was quick to respond in communication and gave thorough directions. We will definitely stay again when we visit!

A beautiful getaway in the country. Surrounded by a lush forest and peaceful atmosphere was a great place to relax. Everything was set up with very easy to use descriptions. And host was extremely responsive any and all questions. And excellent overall experience. Look forward to staying there again in the fall.

Brian is an outstanding host. He was very kind and helpful and made sure my stay was the best it could be. Check-in was a breeze - Brian met me there and showed me how to access everything. He even included a list of great restaurants in the area and things of interest. The Wifi had a nice strong signal, the place was very clean, and it was stocked with all the items I needed - dishes, pots & pans, towels, pillows, books, and more.

The home was nice, just as it looked like in the photos. We felt right at home. It looked recently renovated which was nice. Would stay again.

Loved the stay! Close to town to get something to eat and has a beautiful yard, each morning we would sit on the porch and watch all the turkeys across the street. We had a great day, would recommend to others.

My husband and I took our 2 children (3 and 6) to visit their great grandmother in Pulaski. After researching dozens of short term rentals, we selected Robin & Cheryl's log cabin for the price, location, property amenities (lake and outdoor fireside, acreage for walking and exploring), and the rustic charm of the cabin with an open living room and loft area for the kids. Much to my pleasant surprise, the home itself strikes a perfect balance between rustic living and modern comfort. It's a beautiful log cabin (circa 1800s) that has been upgraded (and somehow well insulated?) with heating/air mini-split units in EVERY room. It's well maintained, has a SPOTLESS bathroom & kitchen, and 2 incredibly comfortable queen beds with no shortage of clean linens and cozy blankets. Perfect for a family. The decor is thoughtful, and it's obvious Robin & Cheryl take great pride in this little gem. I could go on and on, but will just say - book it! You will be so glad you did. It's a steal!
