Susan was great to work with and this property was one of the best we've stayed in. I have very high standards for cleanliness, and this home was truly spotless. Everything was exactly as described and the property is spacious and beautiful. Great back yard and deck, comfortable beds, kitchen was well appointed and living area is open and spacious for a family. I highly recommend this property!

The house was located in a very peaceful area of Franklin. The property itself was set on a large lot with a long gravel driveway. Inside, the house was nicely decorated, the home met the needs of our family perfectly, and the home felt spacious and welcoming. We were in Franklin for a busy family wedding weekend, and it was so nice to come back each evening to a quiet, peaceful home. We would most definitely stay here again!

The cottage was just perfect! It was a great size with everything we needed. All the beds were very comfortable! As mentioned in other reviews, it is right by the interstate. The noise didn't bother us at all and the sound machines at night were a nice touch! The kitchen was well stocked. We had a couple questions upon arrival and the host responded to our message immediately. The only thing that was a surprise was that one of the upstairs bedrooms opens to the loft and only has a curtain. This wasn't an issue but it would be nice to have a door as the person staying in that room could hear everything from the living room and kitchen. Overall we had a great weekend and were very comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

I appreciated the flexibility. I came in to close on a home and needed a place to lay in my head for a few hours and re-energize. Due to the storms across the Midwest and south, I didn’t roll in until 2 AM. I was gone the next morning but thankful to have a place to rest well and let my dog run around the front yard. Michele was flexible to let me check out a little bit late after my closing.

The place was so peaceful. Only wish I could have spent more time to enjoy the rocking chair on front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee, but we were in town for my son roping events, so it was rushing in morning and late in evening. I would definitely love to stay again just for a long weekend getaway with no rodeo or plans but to enjoy the serenity and peaceful homestead

Our stay at Ruth’s cottage was perfect. She was always responsive and friendly, and went above and beyond communicating with us when a severe storm came through in the middle of the night. Her place was a perfect location while visiting family in Columbia, while also being a quiet respite for me, my children, & my mother at the end of the day. Our 3 & 1 year old loved looking for the cows and seeing where they were at different times of day. There are plenty of family games and puzzles to do on a rainy day inside, and the screened in porch is a lovely place to spend the evening. Highly recommend Ruth and her cottage!

While we did have a little trouble getting in initially and delay in communication with Emily, it was the holidays, and we arrived later in the evening. She checked in a couple of times during our weeklong stay to make sure the initial trouble getting in had been resolved. The space is very nicely decorated with great amenities offered, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the canopy bed. It's a quiet neighborhood, and a very comfortable set up.

We were looking for a staycation close by with my work schedule and this was the perfect place for it or to stay if coming from a far. Let me first start by saying, no matter if you are local, you will not feel like it when you stay here! It is an absolute wonderful experience. The inside of the house is exactly how it appears in pictures and met all of our needs! The beds are kings and there is more than enough room in each which by the way have their own personal doors to enter/exit onto the beautiful front porch (loved this!). House was fully stocked with all amenities. Now let’s get to the best part – the horses & Queenie the pony! The view, the experience, the getting use to their schedules – it really was our overall favorite part and we already cannot wait to go back! This staycation was exactly what was needed and I am sooo glad I chose to stay here and do not regret it at all! If you’re thinking about it - DO IT! 12/10 recommend! Thank you Ashley for a wonderful stay!

We where in town for a wedding and needed a place close to the venue. it was perfect and 15 min away. The place was in such a beautiful location and so very peaceful. We had our two small children with us the to our surprise there was two baskets of toys a bocks. They kept put kids entertained even tho we brought our own they only played with the ones there! Also we where very pleased with the child friendly plates, bowls, and cups. these where small things but they made our visit that much easier. the place was very clean and I highly recommend if you have children as well!

This Airbnb far exceeded our expectations. We had a place to relax and not worry about anyone. We got to enjoy the birds and coffee on the porch every morning. The place was modernized and clean. Exactly what we needed. There was a sense of peace in the place!
