It was a pleasure staying in this apartment, appreciate the amenities and loved the location being in the middle of so many beautiful parks, supermarkets, petrol station, and right beside the river! Flaka was a great host and her place was good for us- kitchen, bathroom had everything we needed (including a dryer!), the location was near downtown (10min walk to Hay st), had a free parking spot, but still quiet and peaceful, that really supported our needs. Would definitely keep a look out for her place if we come back to Perth in future!

Excellent location, great hosts, very responsive and proactive before and during our stay. Very secure parking and accommodation. Good transport connections with a bus stop outside. Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. Next door to a petrol station and a Woolworths.

Cosy apartment in a great location close to Cbd and not a far drive to Cottlesloe beac and Fremantle. Walkable to cafes, restaurants, theatre etc. All the essentials were available and anything needed, the host was always reachable.

Great location, right by the water. Lisa’s dad greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick helpful tour around the area. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my first time visiting Perth and booking an AirBNB- I am so glad it was ms Marcella’s! The house is perfect for my parents and I. It’s in a safe, lovely, peaceful neighbourhood with beautiful nature around and shops nearby! This includes a grocery store, hair salon, spa, and a children’s bookstore! There is a bus stop to the city nearby as well. You can also walk to the city area (would take perhaps around 20+ mins?). Neighbours are really friendly and welcoming too! The home is complete with everything listed by ms Marcella- and it is perfect! Feels very homely 🥰 the beds are clean and comfortable! One of the rooms has a selection of books which I personally thought was a nice touch 💕 The instructions given were clear. Everything was explained in detail. It was very helpful indeed~! Ms Marcella herself is a wonderful host. Very communicative and responsive- and very kind too! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Perth 💕 😊

Amazing newly renovated apartment - extremely clean To easy to get in and around Perth Host was a great help letting us in and showing us through even had milk and water in the fridge for us after a late flight/arrival Great coffee machine too Plus excellent bakery downstairs Thoroughly recommend

Lyda’s place was absolutely lovely & as described. It was so conveniently located & within walking distance to hay street. The little pantry and chocolate was such a sweet gesture If ever in Perth, we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic, well equipped appointment. Lovely location especially if you’re in Perth without a car as it’s so easy to get to the train station. The apartment had everything you’d need including a cute balcony to sit on and drink morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and responsive host, place was as described. Dryer and hot water bath worked perfectly which was useful especially under such chilly weathers. Parking and the stairs was inconvenient with a toddler and loads of luggages in hand, but this was out of their control so no issues with that.

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . It was our first time in Perth and Northbridge was close to everything. We walked everywhere. The accommodation was neat and clean. Communication with the team was quick and responsive. They checked up on us in the first 24 hour and that made us feel welcome.
