**Fantastic Stay with Amazing Amenities & Thoughtful Hosts!** Our stay at Mark and Suzie’s place was absolutely wonderful! The facility had everything we could ask for—a refreshing swimming pool, a well-maintained tennis court, and convenient parking. The hosts went above and beyond by providing tennis rackets, board games, and card games, which added so much fun to our trip. We also loved their personalized list of suggestions, including great cafés, supermarkets, and local activities. Their attention to detail made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, entertainment, and hospitality!

I had a great stay at Ross’s Airbnb—it met all my expectations! The support was excellent. I accidentally left the key inside the apartment and got locked out, but Mrs. Dot was incredibly kind and came all the way from her home to help me. The place is well-located, very comfortable, and safe. I highly recommend it! 100%

Cosy apartment in a great location close to Cbd and not a far drive to Cottlesloe beac and Fremantle. Walkable to cafes, restaurants, theatre etc. All the essentials were available and anything needed, the host was always reachable.

We stayed 10 nights, communication was great with our Host and they went out of their way to help us out as much as they could. Check-in and Check-out was very easy, clear instructions. The apartment was spotless and well furnished, kitchen was well stocked also. Apart from the Freeway Noise, I can highly recommend Matt and Nez's listing.

The apartment although on the first floor was quiet with no external noise. Fully fitted with all I needed and in good condition. I have booked to return as I needed to vacate due to prior bookings highly recommended. I use Airbnb a lot for business and this apartment was very good

So many great things to say... location is amazing. CBD but yet quiet. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, metro, barbers, everything! Communication and instructions extremely helpful. Nespresso machine, fully functional kitchen (oven, stove, cutlery, plates, Brita water filter, etc.). All amenities nice. Internet, TV, washer and dryer, dining area, balcony, Aircon, all good. Apartment has a cozy carpeted feel with a homey lived in vibe. All in all, solid spot to spend our week! Thanks again! 👍

Fantastic apartment - extremely large and spacious 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people. Location was very convenient to various Perth attractions, whether walking, driving or public transport. Only downside was the onsite car park being very small and tight, however, the staff were very helpful in locating alternative car parking arrangements. Overall, the apartment was much better than our expectations.

Had a great stay, spacious area and easy parking, settled in rather quickly. Definitely would recommend, and definitely was worth every penny spent.

Amazing place! Totally staying here next time I visit Perth!!

Firstly, the location is great. We walked to the City and Subiaco and King's Park a lot. If walking is not an option, there is a free CAT right in front and all the buses from King's Park Road into the City are also free. The apartment is breatiful, quiet, clean, with a super comfy bed and a large bathroom. We felt safe and private yet super close to everything. It was exactly what we needed for our final week in Perth. Thank you.

Nice place to stay in City of Perth. Rachel's apartment was spacious and clean. It was also equipped with many household essentials, which made our stay easier.

Convenience - Eugene’s place is close to great restaurants, parks and Chinatown. It’s perfect for young family (especially Asian :) Nearby restaurants - it’s very close to Chinatown, 15 mins away from Albany hwy restaurant stretch and cafes at south Perth I.e the Partisan. In between city and airport - it’s less than 5 mins drive from city centre and 20 mins from airport Snacks in the house - Eugene and fam provided lots of drinks, snacks and milk for us Kettle and microwave - sufficient for us to make easy breakfast and heat up supper at home Parking - simple along road Hosts - thanks for everything once again. Easy check in and out. Great amenities and locations. Cost y apartment for a family of 3.

The place was clean and very toddler-friendly. There was a high chair, play area with many toys, and plastic utensils for kids. Tiny hiccup during 1 of the nights when we returned, the private parking was taken up by another car. The owners were responsive and very helpful in getting the issue sorted as soon as they could.

I’ve just wrapped up a week in this wonderful apartment. Well maintained apartment with a renovated bathroom which was really well done. Very comfortable space and close to many coffee and food options. Really convenient for transport too, I picked up a car from No birds which is just down the road, but then you also have the train station within walking distance. I really enjoyed having both options depending on my outing. I will definitely keep an eye out to stay here again in the future.

What a great stay. Steven was so easy to communicate with, and nothing was ever a drama. The apartment was so clean and quiet and I would not hesitate to book this room again. 100% would recommend this to family and friends or anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Perth.

A nice quiet apartment in a great location near to everything you could need- good coffee shops, restaurants, shopping strip & complex, train station, parks, lots of amenities around. The apartment was located at the back of the complex and opened out onto a quiet back street with lovely tall gum trees where I could watch the birds. Apartment was very well equipped and main bed was comfy (only one I used). I had a 10 day stay with minimal issues and any concerns raised were promptly responded to and resolved. Was a heat wave during my stay and bedrooms do get warm as air con only in main living area however ample pedestal fans were provided. Appliances were modern and in good working order. No lift access so be mindful if not able to use stairs as on second level. Older decor but still very comfortable. Good security with remote gates & felt safe in the area and complex. Pool was very clean and fresh. Nice neighbours. Thank you!

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . We'd definitely recommend it to Others and would stay ourself too Thank you to the hosts My husband found this superb apartment Would recommend it

This airbnb was prime position. It was in-between everything/ every place. Cameron left precise instructions that was easy to follow. He was very good at his communication with checking-in & checking out. I would recommend staying here & will stay here again next time I come to Perth! Great air bnb!

It was our first time in Perth and Northbridge was close to everything. We walked everywhere. The accommodation was neat and clean. Communication with the team was quick and responsive. They checked up on us in the first 24 hour and that made us feel welcome.

Excellent apartment located in the center of CBD. Few minutes walk to train station, Woolworths and various shopping malls. Instructions to get the key is straightforward too. Phoebe was very responsive to our queries.

A lovely stay in the strategic and quiet location. It felt like home and was very convenient to go around. Annabelle was a lovely host. A place I recommend 100%.
