John is an excellent host - quick to reply and accommodating of all our requests which made our stay all the more enjoyable. It’s a short walk into central Surfers or you have the option of taking the tram which is right on your doorstep. Children of all ages will enjoy the pool set up and the games room. The apartment itself is quiet and private and we found the laundry facilities particularly helpful.

The view is beautiful, easy walk to the cafes and the harbour. The place is perfect for one person or a couple. I will be back.

Maureen was so friendly and welcoming, but also gave me lots of space so I did feel like I had my own apartment and not just the upstairs of her house. I stayed for 8 nights, so it was great to have the extra space of my own kitchen, lounge room and balcony. I self catered, and the kitchen was more than adequate for simple meals. The photos really don’t do the space justice. The decor is a little dated, but it’s a beautiful, airy space, lots of light and a cool ocean breeze. Walking distance to shops, lake, swimming spots - but in the heat of summer it was nicer to drive and that was really easy too. Highly recommend

My husband & I have stayed at Liana's Airbnb twice now, when we travel to Melbourne we will always try & get into her accommodation. We had a great time staying at Tony’s unit. Location was fantastic. It was right next to the beach and easy walking distance to the main area of Victor Harbor. The unit was a great size and could comfortably accommodate a family of five. Tony was excellent in his communication and flexibility with our booking.

Helen’s apartment was perfect for our girls weekend away. It was super cute and cosy and had everything we needed. The beach views were incredible and the location was a very short stroll to all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Helen was a lovely host and we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was just perfect. All clean, big rooms, nice fridge, lovely nackyard. Paddy let us leaving our luggage prior to the check in and let us leave it there at the check out date. Thanks to Paddy and your wife 😊

We absolutley loved Havana Lodge! The apartment had buckets of character and was in an ideal location for peace and privacy but then an easy walk into the centre of Byron for restaurants and beaches. We would love to come back in the future! best wishes, Clive, Lucy and family

A great stay, convenient location, loved the lagoon style pool

Jasmine is a great host! Friendly, helpful and genuinely wants her guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated but also felt homely. Best part was the ocean view! Such a good location being so close to the beach, with a variety of shops & food options also nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The hosts were really good in their communication ans description of the place. It is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach but the pool and spa are really worth it.

Have stayed at this place 4 times now and find it a great place to stay in a fantastic location.

the apartment was very clean, and spacious. great location for what we needed. very convenient with supermarket and restaurants across the road. the host is very responsive with messages. my sons loved the pool said it wasvery relaxing. would definitely stay there again if we need to be that side of Sydney.

Fantastic for anyone who's never been on this side of town. Opposite the building is a beautiful lake, great for a walk after a big meal from one of the many surrounding restaurants. As for the place itself. A experience right from the moment you enter. Curtain walls. Beautiful kitchen, shower, bedroom and living area. A massive balcony to add. The spa worked beautifully. Admittedly couldn't not be used until the second day once it heated but woth the large TV in veiw of the whole appartment. We had to make leave to experience what all the local shops had to offer. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated. This apartment was pristine and private. The host Jorja was extremely lovely, helpful & very responsive. The apartment had stunning views across the resort pools, and the rooftop was very peaceful and had lovely views of the mountains. The master bedroom bed & pillows: oh my god. It was the most comfortable bed I’ve EVER slept on! Felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. The pillow was perfect for my bad neck. If I had to nit pick: I think the resort rooms in general need a little upgrading/love & care. The toilet seat seemed to not fit the toilet. A blind came off in master bedroom (which they fixed within hours which was so good & responsive). 2nd bedroom needs warmer bedding. Rooftop jacuzzi is very shallow more like a bath. (& not that it should matter for a holiday) but even an upgrade to the TV’s instead of the same very old non smart TV’s the resort has had for so many years now. For those nights you just want to login to your Netflix! Overall: 10/10 stay would highly recommend!
