We had a lovely stay at Giada’s place in Perth! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to cafes, public transport, and within walking distance to local attractions. Giada was a thoughtful host, providing clear check-in instructions and helpful local tips. We felt very welcome and at home during our time here. Nicely-situated one-bedroom in a well-maintained complex. I’d recommend especially to business travelers working in downtown Perth.

Great accommodate with 2 bathrooms for my family of 6. The location is convenient with a supermarket nearby. Ashlea was very friendly and did an orientation for us upon check-in.

What a beautiful place to stay. Better than the photos and the bed is absolutely amazing I had sound sleeps every night there. Thank you!

Overall had a great stay. The apartment is clean, looks exactly like the photos. Great facilities. The only thing was we had Wifi issue on the last night, but the host was quick to respond and provide solutions. A responsive and accommodating host is what matters to us.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment. everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The house had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and was exactly as described—if not better.

1. The place is conveniently located, about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The bus can go directly to the city center in about 10 minutes. 2.The room has a tourist attraction information books and public transportation route map for tourists to study in advance. 3. The room is clean and tidy, with a projector for watching TV. 4. The separate toilet is good, the washing machine can dry clothes, and there is a small Balcony for drying clothes outside the living room.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Wonderful and clean place with fantastic scenery (our baby loved both balconies and the views), friendly neighbours, big kitchen and Japanese toilets (huge win!!!). Host was also very friendly, accommodating and responsive and had clear instructions for everything. Coffee opposite was excellent too. Would certainly recommend to everyone.

Sunny was an amazing host and her place was fantastic. The building is very new and very nice. The apartment itself was super spacious and set up perfectly for working and relaxing. It's very walkable to CBD and had an amazing sunrise view!

Had a great time, while our own house was being repaired. Felt right at home with all the comforts including a very nice quiet outdoor sitting area. Huge smart TV along with amp, Xbox(I think.) with plenty of games. Very quick reply to enquiries Although very close to train station, no real noise or foot traffic past the house. A great team. Would happily stay again.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

We had a really really good time in the house ! The house is very clean, everything is well explained, there is a bus very close from the house to go at the CBD. The host Kyle was very welcoming, he is a nice person! We recommend to book this place, if we could stay more time we wouldn’t hesitate ! 😁
