Fantastic apartment - extremely large and spacious 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people. Location was very convenient to various Perth attractions, whether walking, driving or public transport. Only downside was the onsite car park being very small and tight, however, the staff were very helpful in locating alternative car parking arrangements. Overall, the apartment was much better than our expectations.

The apartment was quiet and comfortable and in a great location for walking in central Perth and an easy drive to the suburbs. It lived up to the online photos. We enjoyed our stay and have booked it again.

Nicely-situated one-bedroom in a well-maintained complex. I’d recommend especially to business travelers working in downtown Perth.

We had a wonderful stay in this South Perth apartment. The unit is modern and well appointed. The location one block from Mends Street couldn't be better, with great restaurants and shops. Very easy access to the highway and to public transport to reach the city centre. Our hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this modern and well-maintained apartment in Perth. The place is well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine and access to a pool and small gym. The location was also a highlight—quiet, friendly and within walking distance of many places. Communication with Laura was amazing—she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would book again!

My partner at I had a very enjoyable week staying at Lyda’s apartment in Perth! The accomodation was in great condition and had amenities as stated including a washer and dryer which was very convenient for our longer stay. Lyda was responsive when we had any questions and provided very clear instructions on checking in and out. The apartment building is lovely and is very quiet for a place so close to the city. We were able to access lovely parks and restaurants via foot due to the location. We would definitely stay again!

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Cosy Nook was a home away from home. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. It was very clean. I was able to make my own meals using the kitchen. The TV has Netflix and there is a comfy lounge. The bathroom was very clean and there is use of a washing machine and clothes airer or dryer (which I didn’t use) The bus to the train station and shops was right across the road and free. It was also easy to walk to a local coffee shop and a little further to many shops, The Art Gallery, Museum and the train. I would be happy to stay there again. Good communication, easy access to get in by being met with the key was great. I didn’t use a car while there but there was parking. I enjoyed Perth and would visit more.

Our stay was great. The place was neat, tidy and a good space. Location was great with local coffee and bakery store close by. Train station across the road. The amenities of the house were great making it feel homely if wanting to cook and not always eat out. All the hosts were nice and friendly and very responsive. Would recommend this place and also stay again.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Well what an amazing stay from the moment I walked inside I knew this property was going to be something special:) Everything was immaculate and the attention to detail was out of this world! Great features everywhere you look and the master room and ensuite were amazing:) I would highly recommend to stay here if you have the opportunity, Aiden the host was very friendly and made an easy check in even after my flight was delayed and arrived late. I did not want to leave and I can’t wait to get back there for another stay:)

We had a really really good time in the house ! The house is very clean, everything is well explained, there is a bus very close from the house to go at the CBD. The host Kyle was very welcoming, he is a nice person! We recommend to book this place, if we could stay more time we wouldn’t hesitate ! 😁
