Kid-friendly vacation rentals in City of Perth

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I was able to get all the supplies we required from a shopping plaza including a Cole’s, Kmart and chemist only 7 minutes away. The house has been beautifully renovated, is very comfortable and is in a leafy quiet inner suburb of Perth very close to Swan River and walking tracks that connect you into the CBD, waterfront and Kings Park. If you choose to drive or Uber you are not far away from all the major sites, great restaurants and beaches with a bonus only 25 minutes away from Fremantle. It will be our place of choice when in Perth.

Second time staying at this home. We had fewer than booked guests staying this time. Lovely as always, fully equipped, with little notes here and there to remind guests of how things are done at the home. I love the generous access to cleaning equipment, bed linen/spare mattress, and tea towels, and the clever kitchen storage of useful kitchen equipment enough to cater for a large family. The oils, sauces and pantry basics, plus bathroom soaps and shampoo provided are a great bonus compared to other stays. Would love to stay here again.

Rob's house was a delight to stay in. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were large, light and airy with lots of room for hanging and storing clothes. The bathrooms were modern and very well appointed. The indoor and outdoor living areas were very comfortable and gave each of the 4 of us separate places to read and relax! Victoria Park was a new area of Perth for me and one I want to return to. It is green and leafy but so close to central Perth with walking and bus options both practical and convenient. Rob was very easy to communicate with, and all instructions and local information were clear and relevant. This was a home away from home and I hope it is available next time we are travelling to Perth. Thank you, Rob for helping us end our WA adventures on a high - and comfortable - note! Barbara

One of the best airbnb’s that I have stayed at personally, would highly recommend and if returning to Perth I would find a way to stay again. We stayed for a whole week and not once did we feel unsafe. Parking spot is very spacious with a great little laundry area down stairs. All amenities were clean and easy to use with already base ingredients (oils, salt, pepper etc.) available! Overall a 10/10 experience, highly recommend

We had a great stay in Subiaco. The location was perfect, close to the rail station, cafes, and just a short taxi ride to the CBD. The accommodation itself is clean, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and clothes washing facilities. Bonnie was responsive and easy to communicate with, offering helpful tips for checking-in smoothly. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee, tea and milk waiting on arrival. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Perth, whether for work or a holiday. We'd happily stay here again.

Kylie's place was perfect for our short stay in Perth. It was exactly as described, with everything that we needed. Very comfortable bed and enough pace to unwind after a long day sightseeing. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were clean and well equipped. Although located in the CBD it is only five minutes walk to the park beside the river and a pleasant 10-15 min walk to the Barrack Road Jetty and Elizabeth Quay where a lovely selection of restaurants are available and marvellous views across the water. Ferries go from here across to South Perth, Fremantle and Rottnest Island. The central train station is only a short walk away as well. Kylie was very responsive to any questions before our stay and was very kind enough to be flexible with our arrival and departure times. We would definitely stay again if we visit Perth in the future and highly recommend it.

The apartment although on the first floor was quiet with no external noise. Fully fitted with all I needed and in good condition. I have booked to return as I needed to vacate due to prior bookings highly recommended. I use Airbnb a lot for business and this apartment was very good

David’s place was beautiful, spacious, the location is very convenient to go to the city or go for a walk. David was a great host, very helpful, quick response. Will definitely to come back again

Best home I’ve stayed in , in my years of using Airbnb , host is an angel and communication was so well, any questions I’ve had was answered within an instant and no problems with the apartment whatsoever, recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Perth short term or long term as you’ll have the weight of your shoulder lifted from having such an amazing host !

Thank you so much for allowing us with our fur babies 🐶 It is one of the best all up places we have stayed in, fir cleanliness, space and the pantry full of items you have in your own home. Paying it forward Our dogs were happy and with all enclosed spaces we felt safe on the open road. Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable and large. Very grateful 🥹

The accommodation was close to the beautiful Swan River walking tracks, train station, and coffee shops. It was great to pop into Lyrics Bar for a drink or meal, and although close to live music, the noise level was fine inside our accommodation. Bed. fold-out sofa and all the linen were very comfortable. The kitchen contained all the necessary appliances to cook a meal. Our hosts were lovely and genuinely interested in making sure that our stay was enjoyed. Highly recommended.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in Kobie’s place! The apartment was pristine and so well equipped. It was small but cosy and very well organised. The location was also excellent and apartment itself completely private from the main house. Would stay again!

Great location - across the road from North Cottesloe beach and a short walk to Cottesloe main beach. We stayed there for the Rottnest Channel swim and it was really convenient. Very comfortable apartment and Kaye was super-helpful in accommodating our booking dates and allowing earlier check-in timing.

Tracey’s apartment has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking pots and pans. There is a large double fridge. The living space looks out onto a beautiful garden and large outdoor area. The bedroom is large with ample and convenient storage. The laundry is well equipped and has easy access to an outdoor line as well as a dryer. The apartment is completely private and peaceful. It is walking distance to cafes and street shopping.
