Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

thank you for a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean, had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. A great retreat for a family with children. The pool, pool table and board games helped entertain the children. Very well set up house, with a fully equipped laundry even down to laundry liquid . Every small detail has been thought of. we will definitely stay again and cannot recommend this house enough.

Beautiful house!! Had everything we needed. Very comfy beds! Our girls loved the cubby house and the toy room which was filled with things to keep them entertained. We also got to enjoy the pool one day when the sun was out which was nice. Lovely place to stay in a great location!

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Beautiful location. Large spacious home. Private and secure. We had a very comfortable stay. Amaro was really easy and friendly to communicate with and we felt very welcome. We had our dog with us, but unfortunately, there was no grass on the property, so we had to take him on regular walks to pee - that would be the only negative. The dog won't complain, though. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend Amaro's place to others.

Perfect location for our time in Perth. Ryan was helpful and responsive at all times. The house is a perfect location, lovely decor and it was very clean. Ryan provided lots of towels. The beds were really comfy. The heated pool was a bonus. Loved our stay and couldn’t ask for more - would definitely recommend!

The house was generally clean and tidy, 3rd bedroom is a right squeeze but works. Some noise being just off the highway but could have been worse

The townhouse was well appointed and very clean - exactly as described in the listing. Good furniture and comfortable bedding. Close enough to Perth CBD but quiet and peaceful.

The property's location was perfect for us, as it was situated in an area that had plenty of parks and green spaces to explore. The property itself was comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, adding to the overall charm of the place. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

Everything's fine and had a very good time in Perth. The only grouse had to checkout at 10 am.

We loved our stay in Vic Park. Such a great location, easy to walk down to the cafe strip with so many foodie options. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was very cleaned and had all things needed to live like it’s your own home. I was able I cook and do my Laundry at ease. I will book again when I visit Perth again.

Awesome location just a street off Rokeby Rd! Walking distance to all the amazing restaurants, shopping and train station in Subiaco. Lovely clean, neat and tidy house with all amenity’s needed. I loved feeding the fish every day! Rob was very clear with all his instructions on how to get into the house and how to use the lights! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The Northbridge townhouse was perfect for our conference delegation with ease of access to the convention centre via taxi (straight onto the freeway) and, more importantly, a walkable distance to the food, drinks and entertainment area of Northbridge. The accomodation was nice and comfortable with everything you need. Would stay again.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. The host clearly put a lot of thought into every detail to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was ideal—safe, quiet, and central, with easy access to the city, Perth Zoo, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the extra touches like the laundry, kitchen supplies It’s honestly one of the best holiday homes I’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing little house to get ready ahead of a wedding and for a staycation in Subiaco following the big day! Walkable distance to Rokeby road with plenty of beautiful breakfast spots and coffee only a few hundred meters away!

Check-in was a breeze! And the entire house felt so cozy and it really felt like home, especially the kitchen! It's almost like my dream kitchen and they have everything you need! The host has given thoughts to every detail and the needs of every guests - they have things from zipbloc bags, all kinds of pots and utensils you might need, to pretty snack bowls etc. There's also a dishwasher so that's a major plus point! Rooms were so spacious, and we have so much space around! Great for big groups of family and friends. Especially the kids play area at level 2! It's exactly the same as the picture shown and my child goes there directly each day she wakes up :D Location was great as well. It's hidden in a quiet neighbourhood but you definitely have lots of great amenities nearby, just a few minutes drive! We loved everything about the house and would recommend to anyone out there!
