Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

An amazing house with a fantastic management team! My family and I were thrilled to find this beautiful place in Perth. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the abundance of natural light, the fully equipped kitchen, and the great amenities. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay here! The location was fantastic, right near the beach which was within a comfortable walking distance and so were shops, cafes, bars etc. It’s in a peaceful residential neighborhood but offers complete privacy! The house was clean, comfortable, homely and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a godsend to use in the heat of summer! There was just the one bathroom but there were additionally two outside showers. Tania was very helpful, friendly and responsive to any of our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend a stay here to anyone else! Thanks Tania.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Great location, close to the airport and well connected to the rest of Perth. Being so close to a big shopping centre (2 mins by car) was a huge plus. The pool also being salt based instead of chlorine was really fantastic as well. House was well stocked and appointed and Alan was a wonderful host. Highly recommend,

We had a wonderful stay at David's place! The location is truly unbeatable, just 300 meters from the beach. It's incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops for daily necessities. The area is filled with great restaurants by the sea, and I highly recommend visiting them before sunset for a magical experience. During our stay, the dishwasher unfortunately broke down. However, David's team responded promptly and provided outstanding assistance. Their quick and positive reaction really impressed us. The beddings and towels were comfortable. David's team even prepared toiletries and cleaning supplies, and everything was exactly as described. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. Once again, thank you so much for your care. Modern clean home with big kitchen and good airconditioning. Close to food and services

The house is beautiful and well-located, just a 15 minutes walk from the nearest street with stores and restaurants. The host provided excellent service, responding quickly and accommodating all of our queries and requests. When we arrived, the house hadn't been prepared as expected as the cleaners forgot to clean this place, but the host immediately offered a prompt solution and resolved the issue. We also experienced some trouble with the WIFI but they came down and fixed it right away. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the hosts' attentiveness!

We had a great stay at this property. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans for cooking up a feast. It’s in a great location while still being private and homely. We would recommend and look to book this property on our next visit to Perth.

The space was perfect for our group of three, offering both comfort and style. The house had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with well-thought-out interiors that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—close enough to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The layout was spacious, with plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. Every detail was carefully considered, making our stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. Additionally they have gone over and above to make sure you’ve got all the information from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much, will definitely be back and recommend this property to anyone.

Spacious house, good location.

Short stay was booked with 2 days of arriving at our destination,Jane was very accommodating it was exactly as described.This little gem of a house was just amazing absolutely loved the sunroom out the back just to chill out forget your surroundings and read a good book.Even had a rice cooker which impressed my Malaysian husband.The big stove was just amazing also.
